[Music] [Music] Well, hello. God bless you. Welcome to the episode. Welcome to what be what do you mean by episode number what is it? 161 where I talk about vulnerability versus empathy, transparency versus ambiguity. what really is the way that we should be doing things. And I am not here to tell you what for right from wrong, what should be done or from what should not be done. But rather what I can do is tell you what Jesus and Satan do and you compare that to your own behavior or the behaviors of others and then decide what you want to do from there. Hello Chandler is my name. Isaac, Anna, Felix, Nathaniel Cross, Rebecca Cross, and Anonymous 73. Hello, God bless you. Welcome to the episode. Hope you I hope you're having a really good day. And it's a it's an interesting thing. It's uh one moment. It's quite the thing. But well, I'll start by defining vulnerability and vulnerability and the diff the definitions of these things. The vulnerable definition is susceptible to physical or emotional attack or harm. It's tough to be vulnerable in this day and age. And my thesis is basically this. The world tells you you should just like not care about anything and that if you would just play the game, you can get what you want. And my thought on that is that that is not a Christian way of doing things. It does not produce happiness. It actually produces sorrow. Because if the person that you are projecting yourself to be is something that you're not, but you're just trying to get approval from someone else and that that is what comes out. What will happen is that when times of pressure comes, who you really are comes out and then your partner is going to be like, "Wait, hold on. Who are you really?" like you you know you project yourself as this great person but your vulnerable self is what comes out when those things happen. I wrote down a few notes and I just when I was thinking and praying about this some of those are be yourself and be vulnerable and transparent. That way you are rejected for being yourself rather than accepted for being someone that you are not. Now the definition of vulnerability let's say what does it what if you look at what does it mean to be vulnerable? says, "Beans open to being hurt physically or emotionally and involves sharing your authentic self, thoughts, emotions, fears or needs without knowing how others will react." And I would say this, I part of me of course does care what people will say, what they will think, but I think that more than that, I care about what God thinks. What will he say about me? And I think that that is the most important thing. It's very easy to just do whatever people will like rather than what is godly. You mean it's open to being heard either physically or emotionally and often involves sharing your authentic self thoughts, emotions, fears or needs without knowing how others will react. It's the act of opening up can feel scary because it involves stepping into uncertainty and risking rejection, judgment or misunderstanding. But it is essential for deep connection in relationships. Interesting. Google told me that. But I believe that Satan would have you. No, I believe that Sat Satan, what is your position? Because like vulnerability, the definition, the opposite of vulnerability is apathy. It's where you just don't care about anything. The definition of apathy is lack of interest, enthusiasm, or concern, lack of feeling or emotion. Now, Satan's going to answer why he believes. Now, Satan, this is just conversation between Jesus, Satan, and I. And Satan, I want to know now, Satan can't Satan can do whatever he wants. He's not been compelled by Jesus to actually tell the real truth. So, he can say whatever he wants. Satan, why do you believe that it is not wise to be vulnerable in a relationship? And you should rather or even in life in general. And that the better way is by being to just not care and to also to uh be ambiguous. I forgot. I got to pray. Hold on. Let's do that real fast. Gracious heavenly father, thank you for this day and all you've given us. Thank you for every good and perfect gift. Lord, I don't understand everything that goes on in my life, but I understand that you are in control and that when I give my life to you, you make things happen. So, I'm giving my life away to you, Lord. We sang a song. We've prepared the notes. And now, I surrender myself to you. May I play your the part of Jesus and myself and Satan just in the way that you want me to. I surrender the rest of this episode to you, the speaker, and the audience alike. people to participate in it to be whatever you want it to be. I ask it all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. There we go. That's better. So, Satan, what do you think about transparency versus ambiguity? So, in all of life, you are always being ambiguous and apathetic. I mean, do you go around crying because you hear about murders that happen all over the world? Do you ask every do you get frightened because every person in your life is going through some hard thing? Or do you just live your life like normal? You walk past people on the street, you have no idea the hardships of the terribleness that they go through and you want to be happy. People like a challenge. You should never ever reveal your intentions. You got to leave someone wanting more. You have to do whatever you can to keep someone on the hook. That way you can get what you really want. Because let me tell you, if you are honest, the second you are honest, you lose your power of them wanting you. Everybody wants something. And once you figure out what that what that is and give it to them, you can get whatever you want from them. It's not a bad thing because you guys already do that in your lives. Why do you go to work? Why do you go to church? Because you want something. So, how would a relationship be any different? Do you tell your boss whenever you don't like him? Do you tell him when you don't approve of whatever he does or when this work thing could be better or that? Or do you just shut up and get what you want out of it? And this is the same way with relationships. You got to be smart. Doesn't your own Bible? So, you have to be wise as serpents, harmless as doves. You'll be wise like me. I'm very wise and you can call me anything you want, but you can't call me stupid. I'm very wise. I know exactly how to do it. And trust me, I know a lot about happiness. And the way to happiness is not transparency. Why on earth would you want people knowing who you really are? If you hide who you really are, but instead because you already give a certain version of yourself at work, they don't know about you, but they know your professional self. You don't give all of yourself to someone you just met because you don't trust them. So, I don't understand what in the world is David saying. Why would you ever want to be vulnerable with someone you just met? You've got to do because you all you I'm not trying to get you to do something new here, guys. You already are different versions of yourself with different people to get what you want. Why would it be any different with relationships? That's what I'm saying. Now, don't think it's weird. I mean, vulnerability, transparency, nah. Mystery, my friend, don't ever let them know your next move. The second they know what you want, then they can use it to control you. And my friend, like I've proven with Jesus Christ, I do not want to be controlled. I don't care if you like me or you don't like me. I like what I like. I want what I want. And I don't care if you don't like me, you don't like me. So, so what? I will do what I want. I will get what I want whenever I want as much as I want it. Vulnerability is the same as helplessness. You're basically saying, "I'm worthless. I don't know what to do." Yeah. Yeah. That'll definitely get people liking you. That'll get a girl liking you, David. Be vulnerable. Be transparent. That'll be great. You just are lazy. You don't want to play the game. That That's what it really is. Let me tell you, if you want to be happy, guard your heart. Doesn't the Bible say to guard your heart, David? I I just don't get that. Okay. Well, Jesus, what do you think about transparency and ambiguity and all that? Ambiguity and all that. This is really fun. I like playing these different parts. It's just great. Hold on. So, for starters, David is just wearing the hat with says Jesus on it. You guys know that, of course. But he does have my Holy Spirit and he is doing his best and he did pray. So, I can't tell you all about everything, but I can tell you this. Who do you know? Who is the most pursued individual of all time in any relationship? It's you, my bride. I pursued you the most. Who also is the most vulnerable and transparent being of all time? Me. There is no one else that has ever existed that has not revealed more of himself or that has revealed more of himself than I have. Nobody. So if you say you want to be like me and when I pursued you as my bride, I told you everything. Now it wasn't all at once and it was in stages, but it was there because I love you. But I'll only give as you want to receive. I don't I'll volunteer everything all at once. Ambiguity isn't always wrong because the mystery is whether or not I will want to marry you. That's the mystery. As far as interest, yeah, I'm not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance. But I do know those who will repent and who won't. There will be some who end up in hell and some who end up in heaven and some who end up in the rapture. And I know who those people are. My sheep hear my voice and as strangers they will not follow. But they hear my voice. My voice to what? Breadcrumb you into submission? No. I'm very clear. Why? Because I created you to love you and for you to love me and to love others to express my person who I am. And when you in your life begin to purposely withhold yourself and withhold the truth from others, you keep yourself from the only the only joy that could that can come from transparency, vulnerability. Because answer me this, Satan. If you talk to a guy or a girl, man or woman, in a relationship, and you're putting up a false version of yourself, that's one thing at work because I told you give unto Caesar what is Caesars's. But I I told you that a man loves his wife even as Christ loves the church. Wouldn't that be the same as render unto Caesar what is Caesar? So do your job as you do your job. But give unto God what is God. So be to your wife who you really are. And you have to ask Satan to see if that's real. I know that is the truth. So I want you to be like me. And it's not even because like, oh, it's super cool to have people like me. No, I am the only when you're thinking in life, can I be happy? Can I be fulfilled? Can I can I be victorious? The only source of being happy, fulfilled, or victorious is me. That's it. Everything else is a perversion. Very interesting. Isn't that cool? I don't know. It's it's tough. It's it's quite the thing. So, I would say this. Vulnerability is not the same thing as helplessness. And apathy is not the same thing as strength. You're not strong just because you do not care. I think we should care more. People have often mistook me in my life. And they've told me, "You come off as desperate, David, because I'm open and honest about my intentions initially with people." Here's the truth. I'm not desperate. Why? Why? Because of because in every relationship I' ever I've ever had, I had the opportunity to propose knowing they would say yes and didn't because I was praying about God's will instead and those relationships didn't work out. That's literally the most definitive information available. And by today's dating standards of, oh, don't, you know, hide your heart. always wanting always leave them wanting more. Uh be ambiguous on purpose. If someone texts you, purposely wait so they don't think you're desperate. Jesus would fail those. And we would think that he is actually desperate. And I do believe though that there's a part of desperation that's wrong where someone can be a s for a girl and do whatever they want. That that's not right either. Not at all. And it's a tough thing to and the way I believe it can be balanced out in my own life is this. The most important thing in my life is preaching. The ministry will always be more important than my wife because it's God's commission. Now, they're intertwined, of course, but the ministry is the most important. That's why whoever I marry is so important. and I'm open and I'm honest and I'm vulnerable and I'm transparent, but I'm not useless and I'm not desperate because I won't just settle for anybody and neither will you. And I didn't get that from my own ideas. I got that from Jesus. Jesus won't just settle for anyone. Everyone knows the cost. Off. Oh, what's up? Uh Titus Franklin, mom off Joel Adventures, Omar, Matty Dog, and Lily. Hello. God bless you. So, I wrote this down too in my notes. I said, I believe that the correct way to start any relationship is through vulnerability and transparency, not through power games. Because people think that I don't know the power games. Of course, I know the power games. Let me give you the blueprint in any or in let's say the average uh social circle in the world. What you do is you get in perfect shape, you get a job, you make a bunch of money, you show up, you become great friends with the guys, become great friends with the adults, but be mysterious. Don't tell people who you are. Don't give the pretty girls attention at all. They'll wonder about you. They'll be mysterious. Be a good friend. Be there for people, but don't do that. What's up, Hannah? God bless you. That creates scarcity. When you talk to people, talk to them a little bit, but always leave them wanting more. That way, they still want you more and more and more. But what it does is it creates a power vacuum. When you approach someone, remember, they have been approached by guys their entire life. So, you have to have a really good fit. You have to have really good confidence, really good prowess, all of that. And be confident in yourself. So you want to apply to their you want to appeal to their ego while also looking awesome and having the right stance and everything. So you walk up to them like hey look I know you probably get this all the time and I am like you're so far out of my leg you shouldn't even look at me but would it be such a hard thing to ask you for your name? And then you get it and you go on from there. And but what it does is it builds the whole situation on pride and vanity and how much you're pleasing them. And I I know these games because I work in sales. I work in training. And I work with these people in the world who build their who literally build their entire value and existence around how many people they can sleep with. For all of human history almost, the approach to any kind of dating was, "Hi, I would like to court you. Okay, I'll go out with you." Something like that. It's only recently where it's become this this game of push and pull and don't text a lot, don't text too much, don't text too little, just leave him leave him just enough to keep him on the line, but don't give him too much, but don't give him like I believe that Jesus believes in that too, but in a different ways. But Satan does too. And the difference though is, you know what, Jesus, why don't you explain it? Because Jesus does know what I'm getting at. So what David is getting at is this. I was so busy about my father's business that I didn't have time for the games of the world. I was so busy living for others. I didn't have time to mess with people. And if someone want and and if if I someone wants to spend time with me, they have to they have to live for God with me. That's the dynamic. If they want to have a life with me, they must live with me to pursue living for others with me. And if they're not willing to do that, I won't have them in my life. So you as gentlemen, you should be so busy living for others. What? Hold on. Get back. dear God. All right. So, just for the record, I'm staying here until marriage. that's and to keep myself from my wife. If it comes off in any way that I not that, then that's not intentional. It's not the reality of who I am. Um I I'm just speaking of the things that I've heard from uh from people in my life uh at because I've worked in retail for eight years or eight or nine years. Um, so you hear a lot of things from people in the world but no in no way whatsoever I'm saying that about me saying that about people in the world. Um, let's see here. I'm just basically saying that the world has their own ways of of doing it and that they uh there are there's what God created and then there's the perversions where you take advantage of someone's own uh their own willingness to their own uh human nature in order to hurt them that the people in the world do. I mean, I hope people realize that a lot of this is me playing different parts and and playing things out. Let me get a drink. I'll be right back. All right. All right. Hello, Hannah Long, Ruben, JJ, and Solomon Huffman. God bless you. So, my I I basically believe that you should be open and honest. That doesn't mean that you tell everyone everything you ever do. It means that you are open and honest about who you are as an adult and what you want. And I I I here's what I wrote down. I believe that the correct way to start any relationship is through vulnerability and transparency, not through power games. Because when you want someone to accept you for who you are and who you are pursuing yourself to become or whatever game, let's see. I don't think you should intentionally not respond to people for a long time. I think you should be open and honest. And uh let's see here. Because when someone when you're with someone and you play a bunch of power games here, here's here's what I believe. And you are purposely responding in certain amounts of time so that they don't think you're desperate or needy. All these things, desperation, neediness, it didn't come from God. I do believe though the that what's up Ruth? um that the side effect of not living for Christ is the impression that you're desperate because if you don't live for Christ then you're going to look for meaning and the second most Brother Brandham said the second most important decision you make in your life is whoever you marry. So of course you would look for meaning through a girl and then they'd realize that and it would not be fun at all for them or for you really. But if you're so busy living for others, it naturally creates that distance where you're busy, you're working or you're doing something for others, and you don't have to pretend like you're doing something else. It's it's a really neat thing. And uh let me see. you know, we're we're adults. We're open and honest in our communication. We're all that. But there's a uh there's a let's say let me say it this way. There's a power that you get and a fulfillment and peace that you get from from honesty and transparency, but of honesty, transparency, and vulnerability. But there's also a power and a effect and like like almost like a drug that you get from power games. It feel it's like when and I get that not from thinking okay this person is doing this thing wrong or that person's doing that thing wrong but rather that rather that Satan um Satan knew what he was choosing when he chose to reject God and sin against him and do what he did. I guarantee I believe that God uh reasoned with him or tried to and then Satan rejected that because in Ezekiel 28 it talks about how Satan actually let me just pull up that scripture. Ezekiel 28 there 29 26 verses. Let me let me find her real fast. Maybe it wasn't that one. Hold on. Yes, Ezekiel 28 and 16. Let me find it here. It's loading. It's funny. I have like 1,000 download, 1,000 upload speed, and it still takes forever to load sometimes. Isn't that fun? Let's see here. Here we go. By the multitude of thy merchandise, they have filled the midst of thee with violence. This is Ezekiel 20:16. And thou has sinned. Therefore, I will cast thee as profane out of the mountain of God, and I will destroy thee, oh covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire. Thine heart was lifted up because of thy beauty. Thou has corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness. I will cast thee to the ground. I will lay thee before kings that they may behold thee. Thou has defiled thy sanctuaries. By the multitude of thine by the multitude of thine iniquities. So Satan knew everything that he was doing and that it was wrong, but he did it anyway because the the reward that he got was worship. You can never be in a relationship with someone where you are not honest with them permanently. By permanently, I mean for eternity. Can only be based on honesty. But Satan chose to have relationships with people based on lying to them. That's what he did because it gives him power because he likes it. And Satan, I want you to describe that to me, please. Why you why you do this? Well, I I I don't want to do that. I want to tell you my real playbook. Jesus, can you tell him to uh do that? Please do it. Tell them all. Tell them everything. I have to do that. Satan's a liar. He doesn't want to do stuff unless Jesus tells him to. All right. I want worship. I get worship when I put people through suffering because then the thing that people the things that people are dedicated to and doing consistently in their consistently in their own lives is what gives me praise and worship. Every time you tell the truth, every time you live for others, every time you do something good, you worship God, you are giving him praise and adoration to his image, every time you do something for the sole purpose of yourself, you intentionally lie, you cheat, you steal, or you do anything that's not what God wants you to do, I get the credit. I get the worship. I get the adoration. I get to go to Jesus and say, "Hey, hey, Jesus, guess what? They like my program more than yours. They're doing it and I you even sent your gospel. You even sent the Holy Ghost. You had the Malachi 4, brother Brandham come and they still like my program more than yours. They love it at this point, God. All I got to do is provide the access and they just go and and they do it. They love it. Because here's why. Because when you choose someone for the games they put on and then I bring on the trials and the temptations and the real them comes out, you don't know who you fall in love with because you fall in love with the image, not the creation. In other words, you've given me praise, not him. And I like that. I like that very much. And you can think that your ambiguity or your power games are saving you. They're not. They're just making you be more like me, which I like very much because ultimately telling a lie will never help you as much as telling the truth. All right. Well, isn't that fun? Okay. Let's see here. I don't I don't like it too. What's up, Jonathan Styler? John Hardy Eagle Solomon Huffman. Hello. Because if you are playing a bunch of power games and you're not being honest with each other, what do I what do I mean by power games? intentionally not texting someone back as soon as you can or as soon as you're able because you want to make them think that you are busy when you're not busy. Now, if you're busy, don't text them back. If you're not busy, text them back. I believe that life already creates those things for you. Or by saying, "Oh, I don't know." When you do want to or when you don't or leading someone along because it's fun. No, just be open and honest. You're an adult. And it's not even open saying, "Hey, I'll just love anybody or I'll be with anybody." That's not what Jesus says. But we know what the cost is. Repent and be baptized, every one of you, in the name of Jesus Christ, and you shall receive the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you and to your children, and to all that are a far off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call. That's very clear. We know what he wants, but we know what it costs. And I believe that for any man or for any woman, it shouldn't be some big mystery game. Oh, it's like because like if we get to a point where we ask where it's like very good even to say, "Oh, well, what do you want, sister?" I have some random girl. Oh, out of life. Oh, I want to travel the world and have a career. Yay. That's wonderful. Oh, what do you want, random girl out of life? Oh, I want to get married and have kids. Oh, she's a pickme. She's desperate. She just wants She She's just She's a pickme girl. I've actually heard that said that if a girl says she wants to travel the world and get a career, wonderful. Praise God. Hallelujah. Greatest thing you could do. But if you want kids and to be married, pick me. You're a pick me girl. You're desperate. You are whatever derogatory term can be inserted. I don't like that. I don't think that came from God. I also know that any But what happened though is Satan perverted it to the point where any young man's like, "Oh, as long as she's pretty, I'll marry her." Like, no, there's something much deeper than that. Because you know what's really pretty? What Satan perverts. Satan's the master of making something real pretty. But what's real pretty? Because Satan shows a man's head. God took his heart. Uh Hannah on Instagram says, "Do you think Satan uses love to make you doubt it?" Sister Hannah, I need you to expand on that. Elaborate a little bit. I'm not I'm not sure exactly what you mean by that. It's a good question though. What's up, Thomas? What's up, Elijah Evans? I mean, you can guard your heart and keep yourself from getting hurt and extract worship from people by being ambiguous. But I think being transparent is so much better because then they know who you are. The act that has that creates children, there's nothing there's nothing of either person physically that's not known. And emotionally in any marriage, I believe that that the things the same thing should be true. Everything we can know about Jesus is there. The message has been revealed. Everything. Let's see. Uh Hannah Long because not every love story is holy. Hannah, let me make sure I'm understanding what you're asking before I answer it here. Do you think Satan uses love to make you doubt it? Not every love story is holy. I can approach that several different ways, sister, because I can approach it as the sat what satanic love actually is. Uh let's see. The enemy knows most of us won't walk away from God out of rebellion, but we might drift if loves feels if love feels safer than obedience. You would have to tell me what you mean by love. Do you mean like the satanic version of love? Let's see. Do you think Satan uses love to make you doubt? You got to tell me what you mean by love, sister. Like elaborate a little more here. Thank you for commenting, sister. I I appreciate it. And people tell me, "Oh, well, you got to have mystery, David. You got to you can't uh you can't leave people want you you can't just like tell someone you like them out out of the blue." I I I agree with that. But I don't believe it's desperate. I don't believe it's wrong to say, for instance, for me, I'll be 25 in 4 days on the 20 on the 24th. I don't think it's weird for me at all to say what I want out of life is to be married and have children along with the preaching that I'm already doing and live for Christ with all my heart and soul. I don't think I don't think that's weird. What would be weird is if I just married just about anybody. So yeah, Hannah, I want to uh understand exactly what you're asking so that I can answer it in the best way because I mean when you use such such incredible words like love, rebellion, obedience, you know, I don't know what you mean by that, but if I know what you mean, I can really answer well. Um, power isn't happiness. Happiness is happiness. Now, here's a saying. Here's a saying I wrote down earlier, too. This is fun, isn't it? Fun. It's great. I'm thankful for my parents that watch my podcast and tell me, "Hey, you came off this certain certain way." I didn't think that I did, but I corrected it because they know better than me. Praise the Lord for that. There we go. Uh Hannah says, "He won't come dressed in evil. He'll come dressed in everything you've been praying for." So, I guess like deceptive. All right, sister. I don't like Oh, hold on. It's time for me to interrupt. Uh Jesus, can I go back to being myself? I don't want to tell the truth. Yes, you can. Let's go. Okay, so this is my favorite thing to do because here's the thing. Getting you people to love the creation more than the creator is one of my favorite things to do. I love it. Cuz here's the thing. I've been getting guys and girls to come in. Hi, Kaylee. uh to come in and serve me and get and worship me. And the way I do that is for for men because people don't realize how great the man already is. He's a victim. And for girls, it's because they're a victim. But not every love story is holy. Well, come on. Love is love. What's up, Solomon? Love it. Do I Do you think that Satan makes us use love to doubt it? Well, I I use love or the Here's the thing. Because when God created you, he gave you oxytocin, right? It's the bonding hormones. It's when you hug each other and you feel just so nice. But what I did is I got people to do that before they got married. And then when they separate from that person, they feel so terrible because they did the thing they were only supposed to do at marriage before it. You think just doing the thing that has you have babies you're supposed to save for being marriage like David's doing? No. David's saving himself from marriage. But I would add this too. Even when you hold hands with someone, you're releasing oxytocin and so are they. The bonding hormone. So it may not be a complete physical act, but every time you guys hold hands. You release the thing in you that's literally love bonding. I love this person. Why? I'm connected to them. It feels so nice. And then along with that, if I can get narcissists to realize, hey, they just got to use that as currency to bond you to them. And how they do it is they tell you that you're amazing and you're wonderful. They pervert love, which is I could I could define love so many different ways, but they can love you and tell you're so nice and evil. Come on, I'm not evil. I'm realistic. Don't you realize I just want you to have fun? I just want to give you what you really want. I'm not a bad guy. I'm I'm made in the image of God. I mean, come on. I can do whatever I want. So can you, by the way, so I don't come dressed evil. I come dressed in something you've been praying for. Yes. But it's the form. It's never the real thing. Because if you pray for stability, I'm going to give you someone who seems stable, but what they're really stable in is seeming like they're stable, but then getting what they want from you when they want it by withholding their love. All I need to do is to get somebody to not get born again and not live for Christ, but to have religion because whenever you uh because the fruit of the spirit is love, joy, peace, all those things that I don't like, but I perverted those things into what they are now, which is better. You don't have to give God anything. Just experience love, experience joy, experience peace. And you don't need anybody else. You don't need that guy's approval. You don't even need my approval. You need your approval. How great would it be to have a life and to have a world where the only approval you need is your own. No one could abuse you. No one can hurt you. So yeah, I don't come dressed in evil. I come as myself because I'm not evil. I'm good. I am the only person that has ever tried to get humans what they really want without having to serve God. Why would Why would you want to do a bunch of stuff? Why make it transactional with the guy? Get whatever you want. Yeah. Not every love story is holy. Well, every love story is fun, right? So, yeah, I love I I use love to make you doubt it. Of course I do. I use whatever I can to make you doubt your creator. And then accept yourself because you may not see God, but you see yourself. You see your feelings. And then you guys didn't even have cortisol until you did what I liked in the in the garden. But when you got cortisol, which is stress, whenever you are not with your person to uh get oxytocin, then you get cortisol and you're stressed out and you don't know why. And also you get the stress that happens when you don't have a supply of oxytocin. It's fun. The real ver the I I come on. Isn't that the better way of living life? Isn't that better for love to get what I mean? Love is getting what you want. That's why you don't tell someone everything. That's why you shouldn't be vulnerable. That's why you shouldn't be transparent. That's why you should play the game because then you'll get what you want. But don't give your power up. No way. No. Don't lay yourself bare. Keep yourself in. So Hannah, it's not that I'm I'm not evil. Every love story is holy. What is holy? I don't use love to make you doubt it. I use love so that you can do get more of what you like. Jesus, what do you think of that? His ways go down to death. His steps take hold on hell. Everything he just said sounds so nice because ev most of everything he said is true stupid thing. Instagram feed cut off. I love it when it I love it when my when my thing does that. Isn't that just perfect? Hold on. Let me get this working here. Maybe I need to buy a new uh computer so that this works better. Hold on, guys. I'll get this working in just a moment. Let's see how fast I can get this working actually. Hold on one moment. I gota work in just a moment. You're the God who fights for me. Lord of every victory. Hallelu. [Music] Hallelu. [Music] You have torn apart the sea. You have led me through the deep. Hallelu. [Music] Hallelujah. What's up, Sister Hannah? Sorry about that. My my feed cut off for some reason, but it's back on now. I'll put a link in my um on my story on Instagram to my live on on YouTube so that if so that if it goes off again, you guys can just join on there while I'm fixing it. Just give me a moment here. All right, let's see here. Just a moment. What's up, Eva Morse? All right, perfect. Praise the Lord. Okay, now where was I? Sister Hannah, can you tell me where I was at answering your question, please? I'm not sure uh where it's cut off. I don't want you to lose. I don't want you to miss anything. Uh so kind of cut down from what I remember. Satan doesn't destroy love. He twists it until it feels unsafe. What? No, I don't. I twist. I don't twist love. I give you what you want. You want joy? I'll give it to you. Till it feels unsafe. No, I don't. I get love until it feels responsible. I'll get you to extract attention and worship from the people you claim to love until it requires something of you. So if you're a girl, I'll get you to avoid accountability. If you're a guy, I'll get you to avoid accountability. That's what I want. So no, it's not that I twist it until it feels unsafe. I make it feel unsafe if anybody asks you to do anything at all. And why would you want to do anything at all? Why wouldn't you want unlimited worship with no accountability? It's that stupid Jesus guy that tells you, "Oh, well, you you can't have what you want unless you work for it." What? That's nuts. You want to feel on top of the world, get some cocaine. You want to feel great? Let me tell you, all you have to do is find an enabler. You girls that are beautiful, use that to your advantage. You want to feel better about yourself, all you got to do is look up online how to get more likes. Just show more skin. And don't worry, you can keep a skirt below the knees. You can keep your neckline to about here so that no one judges you or so that your pastor or your parents can't get upset at you or whatever. But like, I'm not going to do it till it feels unsafe. He's the one that does it unsafe. Do Here's the thing. Do whatever you want, as much as you want, whenever you want. And if anybody tells you you can do it any differently, that's not God. That's not a good thing. I want you to receive worship. You think that worshiping that you're worshiping me? No. You're worshiping yourself, man. I don't want you to worship me. Worship you. Why would you want to worship someone that requires something of you? Is it really so wrong to say that you can do whatever you want, whenever you want it, as much as you do? His love requires responsibility to others. My love tells you that only others are responsible for you and you're not responsible for anyone except your own desires and wants. And if anybody really loved you, they would give that to you. Does that really sound bad? You want good things, right? I don't understand you people. You only want to be with a guy that requires something of you. Oh, great. Yeah. Let me go to the to the to the hotel and even after I paid the price, can I pay some more? I'm giving you affirmation without accountability. I'm giving you power without responsibility. I'm giving you worship without cost. Why wouldn't you want that? Why wouldn't you want unlimited affirmation with no correction? Why wouldn't you want that? Hold on. Let me make sure I'm live on Instagram. Hold on. Man, this Satan guys is making good points, right? Uh, let me send a different thing to make sure it's working. Uh, on Facebook, let's see. We got here, uh, is live on Instagram. Uh, dad says, "Such a difference between agapala love and filio." Exactly right. Scar Scarlet Nagar watching with Nathan Gable. What's up, guys? God bless you. All right. My last sign here. Make sure everything's working on Instagram, too. Oh, for heaven's sake. You don't want to know. [Laughter] Sorry, it's an inside joke. I can't tell. So, what's up, Tommy's Trim? How's it going? What's up, Caleb Smith? How's it going, man? But like, uh, I mean, back to Satan here. Why wouldn't you want unlimited reward with no accountability? Why wouldn't you want unlimited reward with no accountability? That sounds pretty good. Jesus, what do you think? In the Smyrnan church age, I said from through brother Brandham, unless we suffer with him, we cannot reign with him. You have to suffer to reign. The reason for that is that character simply is never made without suffering. Character is a victory, not a gift. A man without character can't reign. Because power apart from character is satanic, but power with character is fit to rule. So the reason for that is because I don't just say something when I say something is satanic. That's not a You guys need to stop looking at things as authoritarian like, "Oh, I don't do wrong things because they're wrong." Stop it. I don't want I want you to do what you want to do when you realize the value of what things really are. Why do you Why does David get a coffee every day and have a magic mind thing? Caleb, you are trying to troll and I won't have that. But why does David get a Starbucks thing every day? Because he values it. He wants it. Whatever you do, you want. So [Music] with Satan wanting to say unlimited power without accountability, power apart from character is satanic. Not because I said it's wrong, but because it doesn't mean anything. I will even say what Satan says sounds nice, but let me add some more character or context in there for you. Would you like a gold medal that doesn't cost you anything? No, of course not. Why? Because it doesn't mean anything. But you still get a gold medal if Usain Bolt gave you one of his many gold medals or Michael Phelps or one of those guys. You would have the same medal, but it wouldn't mean the same as theirs because you didn't do anything to get it. That's why. Let me change something here for you guys. So this is better. Uh dad on Facebook says, "True love will be transparent because it wants to reveal itself." That's exactly right. True love wants to be vulnerable. It wants to be transparent because it wants to be known not for what will be accepted but for who it really is. That's why for who you really are. Not for what someone wants you for, but for who you really are. Because who who you really are is what comes out in times of pressure. That's the truth. When people are against you, when people are mean to you, when when life really comes in hard, who you are comes out. So Satan has this whole program of going against you guys because he gets woripped from it. But you know what? He doesn't get woripped from accountability. Satanic means satanic because it's meaningless. Why would you want love that doesn't mean anything? Why would you want a relationship that doesn't mean anything? I mean, I'm going to give you free will to do whatever you want. Of course, you have free will to do whatever you want. But why when you if you had unlimited money, you would go to expensive restaurants every day because you found the greatest of of value. Why would you choose to do things any other way except for me, except for my way? because of the lie Satan has told you, showed you that you can actually experience power without character. Hi, Isaac Girkin. Nice to see you here. So, it's up to you what you do with your life. Really, it is. But I gave you vulnerability and transparency for the sole purpose so that you could express love and be loved. Why would you why when Satan says, "Oh, why wouldn't you want unlimited reward with no accountability?" Because it doesn't mean anything. That's why you didn't you didn't earn the gold medal. It wouldn't mean anything. But it means something to Usain Bolt because they did something for it. In the beginning of a relationship with a girl, it should not be, "Oh, does she like me? Does she not? Do I like them? Do I not?" It should be, "Hey, what as a man do you want out of life?" Hello, Felix. What are you pursuing? Is your life worthy of the gospel? Are you pursuing me with all your heart and soul? Would you reject any girl regardless of how beautiful she is? for me because a life with me is not just all. No, that's not how it is. It's hard. It's rough. But you know why it's hard and rough? Because that's what makes it glorious. That's why. You say you want the highest of value and then when things get difficult, you don't want them. And I'm speaking slow so that you can understand me. It's difficult because it means something. The gold medal means something because it's difficult to obtain. True love is difficult to obtain and continue. But that makes it love. That makes it mean something. Satan's only things he can give you there. They Yes. The the same serotonin and oxytocin that gets activated when you're with your wife or when you're living for others is the same oxytocin that gets activated when you're doing cocaine or heroin or or serotonin or dopamine. I might I might David may get some of those wrong. But the difference is cocaine and meth take up all of it and they don't give it back. Living for me gives you those things unlimited. It's an eternal high with no I with no crash. I I created you to never experience a crash. But when you intentionally are not honest with a girl or with a guy for the purpose of getting them to want you more, you're doing what Satan does. to you and I want to marry my bride, not just anyone, my bride. And the way I do that is by being the very embodiment of greatness itself and by pursuing you, but I won't marry anybody. Dad says on Facebook, "True love will never try to take someone away from God." Exactly. True love will never try to get you away from me. It'll bring you to me. If a man, ladies, if a man just wants to spend time with you but isn't already doing anything for others, don't be with him. You don't marry someone to uh to do whatever you want. You marry someone because this is something David wrote up in his notes earlier. David wrote, "It's not about whether or not a girl likes you. It's about whether or not a girl wants to join the life you're building and living." Exactly. Because it's not whether or not you like me as Jesus Christ. It's about whether or not you want to join the life I'm already living. I literally created myself as one of you for the sole purpose of loving you. Taking on your cost. I paid the cost of your sins because I love you. So that you wouldn't have to worry about being enough. And once you're living the right kind of a missiondriven life that matters that matters more to you as a man than being with any beautiful girl on the planet, then I'll give you the girl of your dreams. Give me everything you've got. Trust in me and I will give you the desire of your heart. But if you live a life for yourself, you get the results of living for yourself. But if you live for me, I'll give you everything you desire in me. Hey, Addison. God bless you. I don't wear hats very often. I'm not I'm not used to it. So, hold on. Oh. Oh, Satan wants to say something. Caleb Smith, you are trolling. You're trying to troll David. You think you know stuff about David? I know every horrible thing he's ever done. You want to really do that? Come on, Caleb. Say something else. Let's mock David together. I love mocking David. Come on. Let's do it, buddy. Let's do it. Whenever you comment again, we'll do it. Don't you worry. I'm not trying to say, "Oh, I'm a relationship guru. I know everything." I do not. I don't know hardly anything. I don't know women at all. But what I do know is the Lord Jesus Christ and Satan as people. Not as everything to know about the message, the seals, the thunders, every I don't know all of those things perfectly, but I do know them as people. Jesus and Satan. And I do know what they want. And I do know how they get it. And I believe that as men, we should we should mold ourselves and pattern ourselves after Jesus Christ. As an adult, I'm not worried to tell some random girl, "Hello, yes, I'm intentional. I want to be married and have children." Doesn't mean I'm That doesn't mean I'll marry tomorrow. It means I'm intentional. And that's not desperation. It's honesty. Desperation is and being a s is I'll marry anyone. There's a reason why I'm single. And it's the same reason why Jesus wouldn't marry someone else because they wouldn't pay the cost of being with him. And so also, it could be that some people just aren't the bride of Jesus. They're just not meant for me. And that's okay. But I'm building a life of intentionality. I believe every young man, and I'm I'm I want to be wrong here if I'm wrong. I just believe that what I'm saying is true. And I don't see how it could be controversial. Every young man should be live living a life so intentional that in that that the reason why they wouldn't want games with a girl isn't because they're desperate for the girl, but because they're so busy living a life of intentionality that they can't handle someone actively lying to them. What do I mean by that? What I mean is that I can't literally preach to souls on a Wednesday twice at a nursing home then at my then at my home church and then do the podcast on Friday speaking to souls trying to help them and the eternal destination of souls hang in the balance but then pretend to be too busy to talk to a girl that's trying to talk to me the next day because it's not consistent with who I am. But what I do is like, hey, if I'm doing a podcast or I'm preparing to preach or I'm preaching or I'm podcasting or I'm doing any of these things for others, I obviously can't talk to a girl. But if I'm driving or if I'm if I'm able to talk to somebody, I can talk to them. But the world would tell me, "Don't do that. Don't don't be honest. Don't No, no, no. Keep your power. I don't want power. I want happiness." They're really going to build a light like Jesus said when I uh had the hat on the other day. Am I really going to build a life with a girl where I'm going to be married to them and have honesty and transparency built in the foundation of lying to them? Oh, you be a pick me. Where did the term pick me come from? A pick me guy or a pickme girl. Where did the term desperation come from? Not God. But the difference is is that any man is not looking for any girl to marry him. He's looking for the girl that fits his mission. If a girl I marry, and yeah, I'm being intentional about this. Oh my goodness, I'm about to be 25 years old. I'm talking about being single. Who would have thought? If any girl wants to marry me and she's not willing to answer a phone call and help someone at 3:00 in the morning that's suicidal, they shouldn't marry me because that's what I'm willing to do. That's what I've done. It's not that I'm some great person. I'm just a Christian. I'm just I'm just David Crochet doing my best for the Lord and I make a lot of dumb mistakes. I have a PhD in DMB. I'm just a person. I I I believe that God selected me and chose me and predestined me to be in this position to call out the cultural nonsense that happens. And it doesn't make the message wrong. But that doesn't make even people wrong. It makes wrong wrong. Wrong is wrong. Right is right. Is that really controversial? Jesus was open and honest with us. Satan hid all of his intentions because that creates mystery. And I understand I somewhat I don't understand all of everything. But a girl that's been chased her whole life by guys would want a guy and felt like she could get any guy she wanted would want a guy that she felt like she couldn't have. So naturally, that would cause a girl to be manipulated by manipulative men. But I believe that you should want to live for others and want to be like Jesus Christ and find someone who wants to do that with you. And the cost of doing that with me is I want to be as similar to Jesus Christ as possible. Live for Jesus Christ. To be married to a man or to be married to Jesus Christ should be the same thing as a godly man. Should be the same parameters and the same parameters for me to be married to any girl too. Live for Jesus Christ. Be accountable. Be responsible. Say you're wrong when you're when you're wrong. Repent and go back to what's right. Be clean. Be intentional. Be honest. Don't lie. Don't be self-centered or selfish. All of the same things that could cause Jesus to want to marry us is that is what should cause any girl or any guy to want to marry a girl or guy. But the world has got it to where no, if you're really valuable, you'll lie. Don't text them back right away. Wait 25 minutes so they don't think that you're desperate. Nonsense. That's not the way Jesus does it. So you see though, people have mistaken my intentionality and my certainty for my entire life, some people for desperation. It's not. There's a reason why I'm not married. I'm very selective. But I'm also very transparent and honest about who I am, what I want, what I do to get there, and all of those things. And I believe that every man should be as well because Jesus is. Oh, if you just do it this certain way, there's a bunch of guys that get a bunch of girls all the time. They're right because if you play worldly games, you're going to win worldly prizes. But my success is not measured to me in the amount of phone numbers I can get or the amount of people that can do want to do things with me. But it's defined by the souls I can win to Jesus Christ. And it's not even by number, but by winning, but by not even by winning this many or that many, but by the pursuit of winning souls. I believe every young man and every young woman should live a life dedicated to winning souls. And it's not just getting people to say, "Okay, Jesus, please save me." But to encourage them, to help them, even if you're not a preacher or a singer, if you go to church consistently, you pay your tithes, you pay your offerings. We're on a roll now. Praise the Lord. And you live for others. You ask your pastor, "Hey, what can I do to help around the church?" You ask your family, "Hey, what can I do around the house to help?" You ask your you do something for others. You stay out of debt. You get in relatively good shape. There's no audio on YouTube. Okay. Why is there no audio on YouTube? Hold on. Let me let me figure out why. One moment, guys. I'll get it working. Really? That's so weird. Hold on. Let me try this. Okay. Test test test. Push this through. That is so strange. I don't know why it would do that because it's working on Facebook. Wonder why it would do that. Hold on. Okay, hold on one moment. I just added a new thing in here. So, we'll see if this goes on. We'll see if this fixes it. Sorry, guys. I don't know why it's doing this. I'm not exactly sure why it would do that. You're the God who fights for me. Lord of every victory. Hallelu. [Music] Hallelujah. You have torn apart the sea. You have led me through the deep. Hallelu. Hallelu. Okay. Why isn't it working? I'm not I'm not sure why, guys. Hold on. Give me a moment here. It's still not going through. Huh? Why? That's so weird. Let me let me try this actually then. Hold on. Properties. Let's switch this to this. Okay. What about now? I switch my microphone to the to the MacBook. Just give me a moment here, guys. I I'll get it working. Just give me one moment. Hold on. Why would it do that? It's not muted. Huh. Out of nowhere. I don't I don't know why it would do that. Is my computer hot or something? [Music] Okay. Test test test. Okay. It's coming through the the speaker here. So, it's working there. Huh. Working there. Let me try this. Okay. Test test test. It is working. It is going through here. It's just not going through this. Why? I don't know why, guys. I'm sorry. It's going through OBS just fine, but it's not going through there. That might be why. Hold on. Okay, let me try this. We'll see if this fixes something. Okay. Test test testy test test test. Why isn't this working? I'm sorry, guys. I don't know why. Is it working on Instagram and Facebook? because it >> now >> so it's working on Instagram. >> The reason for that is because >> Huh? Okay. So, it's working on in Why? So, it's just it's just not working on YouTube. That's so weird. Let me try this. Hold on. Okay, it's offline. Sending data. Continue recording. We'll be done in a minute here, guys. Hold on. We'll We'll make this work. Why? I don't understand. Okay. Well, it seems like it's fixed now, so that's that's good. Okay. Well, see, I may need to buy a new computer, guys, or figure out what the problem is here. But we seem to still be live other places. All right. So, it's working on Facebook. Okay. It's back up on YouTube now, I believe. Hold on. Let me here. Not that one. >> I may need to buy a new computer, guys. >> It's working now. We got it. Praise the Lord. Hello. Welcome back, everybody. We are all live. We're on Facebook and YouTube and Instagram. Thank you for still being here through everything. But pursue Jesus Christ. Like in my life, I don't have time for games. I will not put up with Actually, you know what? No. Let me do it this way. Let's ask Jesus. What do you What do your What do you think about this? If you want to marry me, I don't put up with games. The difference between me and David, though, is I know when you're playing games. I know when you're not being honest. If you want to come to me with your feelings, I'll be there for you. But if you want to blame me for your feelings because of your choices, I will not listen. I love you and I'm here for you, but I will not be your enabler. There's a high cost to living with me, to being your husband, but it means something that way. and you want the highest meaning and the most amazing life you can possibly live, marry me. Yeah, it costs the most. That's why it has the most value. I paid the cost of your salvation, but you reap the benefits of your life. Whatever you do is your fault. I paid the price of sin, but not for your not for stupidity. I didn't pay the price of ignorance or for a lack of crucifying the flesh or living selflessly. I paid the cost of sin, not your choices. The sin question is settled, but the seeds, like brother Donnie Reagan was saying the other day at Bethl Youth Camp, the seeds for what you do are still planted by your actions and sprout by your actions. But you when you are in me in Christ, you can never bear the weight of your own sin. But so so what's up, brother? God bless you. You can always bear the weight of your own choices. Not your sin. When you're in me, you you don't pay that. I paid that. But your own choices, I allow you the blessing of paying that on your own. It's not a curse. It's a blessing because then things mean something. Wasn't that special? Okay, guys. Um, any questions or thoughts or concerns, please put them in the comments and I will go from there. I've been going for like an hour and a half here, but we went through a lot of content. We've had different uh different uh technical difficulties. I may need to buy a new computer. This one is four years old. I'll find out. I don't know. I wonder if I'd be better off having a specific uh a specific graphics card and a PC from my friends for the sole purpose of streaming this podcast so that it could be the most effective. But vulnerability and and transparency is always better than apathy and ambiguity. Be clear, be open, be honest, be transparent. Don't lie. Now, I'll tell you this part though. If a girl or a guy views your transparency and honesty and vulnerability as desperation within her power games, it is if if you tell if you honestly tell any young lady or any young man, look, I want to serve Jesus Christ with all my heart and soul. I want to live for others and I want to marry someone that wants to do that with me. and they don't want to do that. Not through their words because anyone with a brain is going to say, "Oh, yeah, I wanted to do that." But then when they get the call or when you say, "Uh, hey, let's um let's be there for others together. Hey, I got this call. It's 12:00 a.m. We just got home from work from a long meeting and someone needs my help with their suicidal thoughts." And your wife is like, "No, let's go to sleep." then you know or if the girl or guy you're talking to is always going on about how everyone's against them. They're playing out the opposite of what you actually want in their own life. Uh gather with Kos. Hello all. Checking out your channel for the first time. Oh, God bless you. Thanks for being here. You're at the tail end of the actual thing itself. But uh it's 181 subscribers, 12 videos. Very cool. God bless you. Thank you for being here. Um if you have any questions, please let me know. but pursue Christ. But some people, some men and some women only want to be in a relationship where they are actively worshiped with no cost because And you say, "What kind of a person would want that? I would I would want that." Why? Because I don't want to pay a cost. I want what I want. Yes, I real I already know I'm going to end up in hell. But on the way there, I get worship and I get to watch God's prized possession, his creation fail. I get to manipulate and control you. I don't control you by force. No, I love when people I love it when people say, "Don't let me make you feel bad for something I forced you to do. The only thing I forced onto you was sin through the ending consequence of my actions. I started sin in heaven. I spread it down to earth and I'm the cause of it. I'm the one that initiated the whole thing. The only thing that I forced on you is sin. But other than that, your choices. You made those all on your own and I love it. You can't blame me for gossip. You keep doing it. All I got to do is just thread the needle and say, "Hey, did you hear about so- and so? Did you hear what they did?" And you you guys, it's the best. Did you hear about David? Oh, I love it when you guys talk about David. The gossip and everything. It is just the best. Especially when he's not there to defend himself. It's the best. Anybody really or when you gossip about yourself, when you say negative about yourself to yourself, I love it because by design, you're by design of of the born in sin-shaped iniquity. You can't you can't even amount ever to what God wants. So, as long as you look at yourself, you're right. You're not worthy. And I love it because you keep on looking at the only source that can't ever be worthy as some worthiness that's going to change. And I love it because whenever you do that, every single negative thought you ever have, every single thing, it gives me worship. And yeah, I know I'm going to end up in hell, but I'm going to have a big great time on the way there. It's going to be awesome. It already is awesome. I know where I'm headed. Yes. And technically, I'm a defeated enemy, but not over the earth. I still get what I want. I I I leave the world the way I want to. And I already I already know that I'm making you guys think, "Oh, he may be wrong. I'm Satan." Yeah, I lie sometimes. Get over it. It's fun. It's funny. You guys, you're so serious. You judge David with your stuff. Don't you know I did the same thing with the Pharisees and the Sadducees against Jesus. I love it when people start pinning their words against each other. It is the most fun thing ever. Oh, I love it. I love it so much. It's just the best. You don't want to have a relationship based on honesty and transparency. You want power. And yes, some young some men and some women, they want it. Here's why. It's fun. You think that the the joy you can feel from being your true authentic self or something? How about make someone so angry at you that they yell at you and they throw a temper tantrum and they throw stuff across the room and then you can blame them for their reaction. Make the entire focus on them and make them feel crazy for trying to be godly and the result is you get worship same thing as I do. It's great. There we go. Any more questions, thoughts, concerns, please send them my way. All right. So much fun. So much fun. Vulnerability or a versus apathy. Transparency versus ambiguity. I hope you see what I'm saying. Pursue Jesus Christ. Live for him with all your heart and soul. Find someone who wants to do that with you. And if that is too much honesty and transparency for them upfront, find someone else. Because yes, you can play social games to get girls attention, all these different things, and it will feel good, but it won't be eternal. Think of it that way. Power games aren't eternal. But your relationships are not the ones built on manipulation, but the relationships built on love and ad admiration and trust. You're going to have those through eternity when you're in Christ. Um, uh, let's see. Ga ga gather with kato on YouTube says, "How would you tell someone what the gospel is by which we are saved?" How would I tell someone the gospel? It's a really good question. Uh, mom on Facebook says, "Are you going to sing a song tonight on here?" I already did. I'll probably sing one at the end here. Let's see. How would I do this? You know what? I'm going to do this differently. I'm going to tell you three versions of the gospel. Okay? I'm going tell you the way that I would present it and then the way that Satan would would present it or the way that Jesus would present it and then the way that Satan would and does. So if I were to tell the gospel to someone by which we are saved, I would speak to them and find out their name, where they're from, and what they do with their own life. What does your current life look like? and see where that's at. Where I live, it's the Bible belt. Everybody's a Christian, right? And I would find out what their absolute is because it's something. It's either what they think, what they feel, or what their church says. But I got to find out what that is so that I can find out if I can even talk to them in the first place. And then I'll ask them, "How do you know you're going to make the rapture? How do you know? How do you know you'll be in heaven? And they'll say, "Jesus, and and we'll go through that together." But here's what but I what I won't do is tell them, "If you don't do this, you're going to go to hell." Because what I'm really selling them into is not the absence of hell. It's the connection with Jesus Christ. We never tell someone, "Hey, you should have a relationship. You should get married so that you're not single." We tell them, "You should get married because it's the most valuable way to live life." So, have you met Jesus Christ? Do you know him as your friend? Do you know him as a person? Not just in letter, but have you met the person? The difference between all religions and Christianity is that there really is a person called Jesus Christ. He is the most proven historical ancient being to exist ever. In no other religion has anyone lived and died and rose again and then millions of people willingly died for that so-called lie in history ever. There has never been a system that never been a way of believing something where more people have been healed from cancer, addictions, healings, everything else. and I'll find out to any person h how do you know something is true? How do you measure whether or not this is true or that is true? How? Oh, because the Catholic Church says it. Okay. So, you're telling me that's authoritarianism. If the pope says it, it's true. We can only do so much with that. But find that out and then try to get him to come to church. I'm not going to try to get them to say, "Hey, all you got to do is pray a prayer." Lord, I'm sorry I sinned. Lord, Lord, I want you to keep me from going to hell and save me from consequences and become my narcissistic enabler. Would you please would you please help me? No, I wouldn't do that. I would say, hey, have you met Jesus Christ? Do you live for him? If you don't, why? Because whatever you do in your life, you're already doing it for a purpose and for a reason because you want it. I don't serve Jesus Christ so that I won't burn in hell. I live for Jesus because I believe it's the best possible life. It's the same reason why I have Diet Mountain Dew and Diet Coke and uh a Kershaw pocketk knife because I believe it's the best for what I can get. It's the same thing with if you're not serving Jesus because you want to don't serve him. If the message is a cage to you, you're not really in the me you don't know. So I wouldn't try to give them some equation of math. But the difference between other religions and this is that there's a real person called Jesus. No one in the Bible says I know God is real because in intellectually they said no I met him. I know he's real. I'm not against you know creationists trying to debate a atheist but I don't believe in God because of an intellectual conception. I believe in him because he's real. I would ask someone how do you define what's real? and then go from there. That's how I would do it. I'm not going to just tell them about Jesus and say, "Hey, Jesus did this for you. Jesus did that. Would you like to please the person that's in a social interaction with you right now?" Because then it'll become more of a yes game because God created me with an ability to get people to say yes. But I want them to I want to understand how this person even approaches value or truth in the first place and how they're currently living their life. Cuz I don't want it just a quick saved and sale. I want a client a relationship. Off-the cuff responses are the best. I need a I need a drink. Because otherwise you get a bunch of people. I I had one person that told me, "I've got 200 people to pray the sinner's prayer." Hey, maybe two of them or maybe 27 of them actually did something because I'm not going to try to get someone to serve Jesus Christ. When I present him as, "Hey, do you want to not burn in hell? Say some words." It doesn't do it. Now, Satan or Jesus, how would you do it? Actually, Jesus does it through his five ministries. It' be something like that. What I would do is I would try to get David to introduce them to me, put them in an atmosphere where they meet me, and then go from there. Then go from there. Um, gather with the kiddo says sometimes there are things that they didn't know they they did that they didn't know that they didn't know which is why they have never done anything about it. Sure. Yeah. But I don't want people to to get saved or whatever out of a necessity of not going to hell. That's like marrying someone so that you're not single. That's dumb. I want you to marry me because you want to and you know the cost. It's a relationship with me, not a dictatorship where you go to hell if you don't do it. What's up, Granny? Good seven and Josie. God bless you. So, now Satan's response. What's the gospel? Oh, I love this question. All you got to do is pray a prayer. Look, do you want account? You want do you want to do whatever you want? Just say you're a Christian. Go to church. Dress the right way. Say the right things when adults ask you what you believe. If someone wants you to pray a sinner's prayer, pray it. Even shed some tears. And when you're by yourself, do whatever you want. And then frame it in a way where you do whatever you want because Jesus paid the cost. You can't be held responsible for your actions. Jesus loves you. Jesus wants you. That's what it is. He paid the price. I present the gospel not as a serving of Jesus Christ but as an enablement of sin which is gossip power. Let's see. And it says God never forces love but the enemy will always force sin. One respects your will the other prays on it. I forced sin on you technically. Yes. But you made your choices all on your own. Jesus may have paid the cost so that you wouldn't have to face the consequences of the sin part, but your own choices, those are on you. And I respect your will very much with the things you do. I don't force you to do anything. Now, I do put you in a world where it's nearly impossible to be in good shape. and you can do whatever you want online within seconds. But like, you know, you're still the one that does it. I do put you in the most addictive culture there's ever been, but everything's your fault. Don't worry. Let's see. Gather with kiddos says, "Do you think in your opinion that Paul did a good job explaining the gospel in 1 Corinthians 15 and 1-1?" I'm not familiar with that scripture, but given that Paul was the apostle, I would say, of course he did. Of course, he explained it. Great. You, hey, brother, you can call the number on the screen. No, that's the wrong number. I'm sorry. I gave you the wrong number, didn't I? My number is actually 1844, not 18, not 2844. Sorry about that. Wrong number. Hold on. There you go. You got the right number. You guys can always call on that exact number. Oh, this is so much fun. And I got plenty of sleep last night, too. I got like 13 hours. So, I I am able to do this with precision. Thank you, Lord. Do you have a stream link? I do not. But you can call the number if you'd like. If you want to join I'm assuming you mean a link to join the stream live. I do not. I am working on getting the the capability to do that, but I don't have that yet. But anyone can always call the number on the screen. Any questions you guys have, please send them my way. Been going for quite a while here. But thank you for being here. I do love all of you very much. probably I'll just uh what I'll do is I'll go through the the storage on my phone or on my MacBook and make sure that it's all clear as much as possible so that I can uh make sure that all the streams go through well. All right, any more questions from anybody? Please send them in. Let me sing a song while I'm waiting for you guys. Any final questions you guys have, send them in my way. And while you're doing that, I will sing a song and anybody can call in or they can ask any final questions and you can ask you can tell me who you want to answer it or if all three answer it or whatever and I'll go from there. From there, I'd say that my voice is about [Music] my voice is about 99 95% back [Music] at night I lay in bed and I began to cry [Music] and my mind just fails to know exactly why. [Music] I can't explain with tongue or pen. The spirit's groanings deep within. It must be God here in my soul. Cuz I feel the pole. I feel the p. [Music] I hear the call. all. And I know his spirit's moving me to give my all. He speaks to me [Music] and I agree. [Music] Lord, please come and take control. I feel the pull. [Music] I went to hear the word and with each line and phrase [Music] he was drawing me to live a higher place. [Music] And there's a deep call to the deep like a great magnet pulling me. I know for sure that I'll reach the goal cuz I feel the pull. I feel the pull. I hear the call. [Music] And I know his spirit's moving me to give my all. He speaks to me and I agree. Lord, please come and take control. I feel the pull. I feel the pull. I hear the call. [Music] And I know his spirit's moving me to give my all. He speaks to me. [Music] And I agree. [Music] Lord, please come and take control. I feel the poor. [Music] [Music] Let's see. It's one of my favorite scripture. That's one of my favorite uh songs ever. Brother Paul Offent wrote that. Let's see. So, gather with the KO says, "If you would like, we can look at scripture together if you have time about the gospel as Paul taught." Period. Period. Period. No religious or denominational anything. just looking at scripture. Got a Bible with you? Uh says, "Pretty awesome. Good job." Thank you. I appreciate it. Um let's see here. I appreciate it. Not really. I mean, this episode was to be vulnerability and apathy. At a later time, we can go more more into You have my number. You can always text me. In a different episode, I can go into uh salvation and things like that. Sure. But I'll say this. Being saved is not about some simple prayer. It's not about a random thing. It's a whole It's a life change. And it's not a life change out of the fear of negative consequences. It's a life change out of the excitement for the greatest life you can possibly live. I don't serve God so that I get nice things or so that I don't go to hell. I live for Jesus Christ because he changed my life when I chose him above everything else. That's why it's got nothing to do with a three-step program or anything like that, you know. And so I want to put someone in in an environment where they meet Jesus Christ. I'm also a message believer and I should I have done episodes in the beginning of the podcast where I introduce the message but I suppose I should do more. I am in the process of going through every sermon brother Brandham ever preached so that I know more about it. But if I were to There you go. You guys get to witness the thing for someone that's never heard of it. Let me put it this way. Through all time, through every age, God always had a prophet that brought the word for the day. You want to know what the truth is in Paul's day? Go to Paul. Peter, Peter, Paul, whatever. John the Revelator. Certain prophets. Some people say John the Revelator was the last prophet. But God always had a prophet. And now, how do we know the Baptists are right? How do we know the Pentecostals are right instead? How would we know if the Nazarines or the Methodists or whoever else? Well, oh, they go according to scripture. All of them go according to scripture. Well, they do it right. Everyone says they do it right. How would we know in literally any age of the entire Bible? There'd be a prophet in that age. So, I believe that it's logical and revelation fil to think, okay, well, then there would be a prophet in this age. Is there a prophet that was told about in the Bible? Malachi 4 and verse 5. Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the Lord. And he shall turn the hearts of the fathers back to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and smite the earth with a curse. And then in the book of Revelations 10:7, it says, "But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of God should be finished as he hath declared unto his servants the prophets." And what I would do from there is find out what someone believes about that. Oh, we don't believe in prophets prophets prophets after John the Revelator. Who told you that? How does anyone This is to be dramatic. How does anybody know they're right? How do you know you're right? How do I know I'm right? We both use scripture. I mean that that's just my dramatic way of bringing it out. But we all use scripture, right? In the other ages, we knew it was because of a prophet. And how but now how do we know? Oh, well, we have the uh what's up Andrew and Hallmark and Airborn Dribble. Hello Instagram. We knew in the day of we know, you know, the Pentecostals arrived because they use harmenutics. They studied the Bible. So did the Baptists. How do we know? How do we know Moses was right? Because he preached the word of God along with signs and wonders. Oh, I see. So, a prophet always comes and preaches the message and he has signs and wonders that follow his ministry. I see. But what I would do though from there is send them a sermon, probably Life Story. What's up, Stephanie Larkin? God bless you. Or probably United under one head and see how they react. I'm not looking to see if they notice logical consistency. Okay, logically there could be a prophet and logically yes, I believe that could be William Brandham. No, I'm not looking for that. I'm looking to see if that predestinated seed is there because if it is, when it hears that word of God, it will activate and it'll want more. But if it they're not, maybe they're called to just preach the message, preach Jesus Christ to people without knowing the name of brother Brandham. Maybe they'll go in the rapture. Maybe they won't. They'll definitely be in heaven. But my sheep hear my voice and strangers will they not fall. But I'm not I'm watching for predestinated seats to see what they do when they hear the voice of God for this day. Not logical consistency, spirit of God consistency. That's what we're looking for. That's what we're watching for. How does these how does someone react to hearing the voice of God for this day? What does it do for them? If they go all argumentative, then I'll ask them, "Who is the prophet?" Oh, there was no more prophets. How do you know that's right? Oh, the the the Nian Council said so. Okay. Is there are they your absolute? So, it'd be interesting. That's how I approached that. But thank you for a good episode, guys. It's It's been fun. We sang a song. Uh I've talked a lot actually and I love you all. Um, I will see you guys in uh another episode probably, Lord willing, this Friday. This Friday is my birthday. I'll be 25 years old. I'll either probably talk about the mechanics of preaching. If I can get my bros to do an episode with me, I may just do some random talk. I don't know yet and I'm sure I'll figure something out. But I love all of you. Thank you for watching. It's been an honor, a privilege to talk with you. But gather gather what the KO says. Thank you for your time. Well, thanks. Thanks, man. I appreciate it. It's quite the thing to, you know, talk about this word of God and to go all over the place. You know, it's you can talk about a thousand things all at once, but we do our best. I love you all. I pray and then we'll dismiss. Gracious Lord, thank you for this episode and all you've given us. Thank you for loving every good and perfect gift. Please lead us in the way you want us to go and have your bird well. I hope that what was said could help. If I was wrong in any way, please correct me, help me to learn more and lead us in the way you want us to go and be with those that listened all over the world. In that times to come, be with me as I preach and sing in a nursing home this Friday, this Wednesday, the episode this Friday, working to moment and all that. I put it all into your hands. You know all the situations. Be with the person that tried to troll earlier. Just go to their soul, Lord. I ask it all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. Amen. Love you guys. See you in the next episode and happy birthday. Well, thank you, Kos. I appreciate it. I'll see you in the next episode. God, God bless you.
