You know what I believe is the best way of getting along with each other? The best way to have unity in this message? Voicing our disagreements with one another in a godly respectful way. And it's also one of the ways where we can get hurt too. Let's just kill a spider. We can approach them in the right way and strengthen our relationships and make our relationships with each other so much better. And our relationship with God better, by the way. Or we can approach them in the wrong way. And distance friendships. And then we'll see all these people in heaven, like, oh, nice to see you. I blocked you 20 years ago on Facebook. I guess I can't do that anymore. I got catapulted into and I got inspired into preaching. And the thing that activated me into this ministry was an initial disagreement I had with a friend and a relative. Disagreements are a gift from God when approached in the right way. And true unity, I believe, does not come from having the same hobbies and the same agreements and everything all the time. It comes from disagreeing. But still having unity. That's real unity. It doesn't come in agreeing on everything all the time, but it comes in agreeing on Jesus Christ. Even if we have disagreement elsewhere. That's real unity. That's the real good way of doing it. The wrong way is, well, I disagree with you. Therefore, you're just wrong. I don't want to talk to you anymore. You can't be my friend. The right way, and God's way is, hey, I disagree with you. And I still love you. So let's talk about it tonight, 9 p.m.
