make decisions in your life and everything we do is a choice these lives me continuing to do these lives is the choice I don't always feel like I want to continue them or that I want to do them but I do and whenever you try to do anything I believe if you try to do anything people will come against you and you decide what you want to do if you uh let's see I got a question they're not going to lie did I pray other than praying for my food or a church choices you make and and sometimes our choices aren't even um something we intend to do but it's just our lives are repeat of what we decide to do over and over and over again and we don't want our lives to be you know repeated just doing whatever feels good all the time when they actually have some value otherwise you're just a uh programmable question how do you think Humanity will go Instinct Nathaniel how do you think how how how do you think Humanity will go in extinct uh um by God burning the Earth but that's technically right yeah well Humanity will Qui we'll still be alive in heaven but well Humanity kind of I mean it really depends on what you mean if you're counting that as Humanity then Humanity will probably never go extinct yeah I guess I guess it depends on what you by Humanity um G to figure out a question to ask you Nathaniel um what everyday activity would be torture if you had to do it for eight hours straight everyday activity would be torture yeah which everyday activity would be a torture if you had to do it for eight hour straight probably take a show an eight hour shower yeah that would be that' be annoying yeah you're brushing your teeth yeah okay here's a good question you're surviving a zombie apocalypse who in the room that you're at right now would you want on your team and why um you thebr I'm gonna have to go with either my dad because he's my dad Chad Harvey because he's a Chad or Andrew Glover because well it just be pretty funny why would it be funny I'd love to watch Andrew fight a [Laughter] zombie well he'd be bigger than most all of them you know he's like what 67 or 6'5 or something brother Andrew's he's probably like 62 or 63 6'3 I'm 63 at least that's the how tall are you yeah he's he's 63 we're talking about you fighting zombies right now he said if I was in a zombie apocalypse who in the room that I'm in I don't trust you if Andrew's telling you no I he said before he started preaching he was headed to the NBA that's 12 years old I don't know if I believe that but they true not until all right well I'm gonna hop off here spend some time with the what's the other guy I forgot three different guys are going to be preaching every night um from this week on so I may try to go to that I don't I don't know it's just four hours we shall see but um choices we make what questions you guys have you guys can ask really about anything I bought this game on Amazon called uh hypothetically fun um Josh Bennett That's the other one so Josh Bennett Andre Glover and when LW so um hypothetically fun and it's like a a game where you uh start conversations with people it was only like 12 it was only like $15 on uh on Amazon and it's design to start conversations with in groups it's pretty cool there's different questions like there's uh different categories like silly Ponder I asked Nathaniel the silly ones of course you know in another dimension humans are now pets what would be our treats you can do a single thing without worrying about the consequences what do you do Levi do you want to join and answer some silly questions from this board game you can join if you want that'd be aesome le actually that'd be that'd be perfect we can answer questions from this uh dumb game still here if any or if anyone else wants to join there's like 370 of these um but there's like uh you can do a single thing without worrying about the consequences what do you do what animal would be the the most terrifying with the addition of lives there's only so much material that you can have and for you can only go for so long I guess um but I'm going bring people whenever I can as much as I can I'll do my uh I'll do my best um but what do you guys think what what are some ideas that you guys have for the lives things you want me to talk about uh guests that you want me to bring on um because ultimately I'm the one that's going to be messing these people and trying to get a hold of them to bring them on it's really up to you guys while people are thinking of that what's up with the Kevin weeks welcome to the live how's it tonight or the title of it was choices we make make all kinds of choices and we we decide what we're going to do with our lives what's up sa how's it going choices we make one day sa made a decision to study vent ventriloquism or whatever it's called and then she got better better and better every day and never stopped and now she's really good at it and she performs so it's awesome what's up Elijah Winters how's it going welcome to the live what do you mean by so someone that says I guess what do you mean by choices we make well what I mean by that is we all make choices in our lives they can be choices for good or choices choices for evil and we continue to make choices is based on what we really want you can say one thing and you might do something else you can think well have I read my Bible yet today have I listened to a tab yet today have I prayed other than um what's up Jonathan silent have I prayed other than reading my Bible or or have I prayed other than for a meal today choices we make and a lot of times our minds in our lives we'll just live on autopilot and we'll do whatever feels good in the moment whenever we have a course of action for the rest of our lives but I believe we should and that's a choice we make it's it's it's the New Year New Year's resolutions people everyone's deciding well what am I going to do with the rest of my life or what are my changes for this year what's up up Alysa Stevens how's it going topic of life is choices we make choices we make I mean you can talk all you want about how successful you want to be or where you want to be in life but ultimately where you are is the result of consistent choices that you have made if you're in bad shape it's because you made consistently bad choices if you're in good shape it's because you made consistently good choices and I think a lot of times we have to not lie to ourselves that we are making consistent good choices when we're not choices we make life is about choices so I think you should consider your life and decide what you want to do with it why do why do I play the guitar because when I was 13 I decided I'm going to try to learn to play the guitar by God's grace when I have kids I'm going to try to get them to play some kind of instrument because I think it's the best the best decision one of the best decisions you could make growing up is to play an instrument because you you only get better and um it can be used to a lot of people by God's grace um I put some notes down today while I was in church and I'm going to talk about a few things that I thought about because the point of one of the points of this podcast is what do you mean by to go through commonly spoken things that we say in the message that it's easy that we can say Amen but we maybe not all may not may not always know what exactly we mean by that so I wrote down a few so what do you mean by feed your experience heard someone preach that recently and it's really good but maybe we're wondering what do we mean by feeding our experience one thing I would say is when you go to a camp and you receive the holy ghost or you get a refilling of the Holy Ghost and you feel just amazing after the camp God wants you to stay in fellowship with him why do we feel feel amazing in a camp well for one because there's just so many people praising God and it's easier to when a lot of people are doing it but also because it's actually God moving and it's not rocket science if you wake up eat breakfast and then go to a church service and then go to lunch do some activities with other people that believe the same as you do and then go to church again or then eat supper and then go to church again and then hang out with and then spend time with people that believe just like you do chances are you're going to be on fire for God because because you're consistently spending time with God now in no way do I think in order to maintain and feed your experience you need to spend you know 6 hours a day in service or listening to tapes or something like that but when they say what do you mean by feed your experience I believe that means you should do something every day I believe every mess believer should do something every day simply to spend time with God that is out of their day I believe that you should spend 15 to 30 minutes with God just you and him every day and that doesn't it doesn't count when you just get up and you're praying for your day doesn't count when you go to bed and you're praying as you go to sleep it doesn't count when you're praying for your meals it doesn't I would say it doesn't even count when you go to church because that's anybody can go to church that that's a good thing everyone should do it but we really should be feeding our experience and spending time with God why I when I preach I use uh athletes as examples and maybe some people will say you shouldn't talk about sports and preaching I think you very much should why was Kobe Bryant so good at basketball it's because he woke up at 5: in the morning and then he ate breakfast and he worked out from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and then he rested for 2 hours from 9: to 11:00 and then he worked out again from 11: until 2: p.m. and then he rested ate a meal and then at 4:00 from 4:00 to 7:00 he worked out again and then rested for two hours and then went to sleep and did the same thing over and over and then and did the same thing the next day over and over and over again you know how Michael Phelps has won Gold Medal after gold medal after gold medal and he's won the most gold medals ever you know he never Skips a day in exercise he works out every single day and you could say well why are you talking about that David I'm saying feed your experience if if if an athlete in the world can show us how to feed our uh our our ability we should feed our experience because Michael Phelps and Kobe Bryant are a lot more dedicated to basketball and swimming than a lot of us are dedicated to God and that's true because they spent way more time on it it was their entire life what would happen if we if if if one of us woke up at 5:00 a.m. and then stady and listened to brother brandom tipe from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. took a 2hour break and then listened again from 11:00 a.m. to 2: p.m. and then took a 2hour break then again from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. then took a 2hour break then did the same thing again a lot of things would change but we don't do that we live our lives from from Sensation to sensation me included I mean one of the main things I have to watch out for is that I don't scroll through reals or Tik talks or YouTube shorts or whatever in the world they're called these days or Facebook reals um I have to be careful that I don't do that for 45 minutes straight I have to I have to be careful that when I go to bed my nighttime routine is actually a routine not just sitting on my phone scrolling through reels for for two hours and then going to sleep the world wants to make it all about sensation to sensation to sensation but when we say feed your experience we got to actually spend some time with God some specific time with God just you and God because we can at the end of the day we might feel depressed we might feel lonely might even feel suicidal and we're wondering what's wrong with me and then we check well did I read my Bible yet today did I pray yet today I mean it's easy for us to understand why Kobe Bryant might be missing a basketball shot if he's not practicing Kobe said that he was the greatest player ever and then he only uh played basketball two hours twice a week he wouldn't be the best ever can you see the comparison so it really is up to you us choices we make do you want to keep the same Revival from Camp feed your experience what does that mean spend a lot of time every day with God I don't care what it is I don't care if you're reading your Bible praying listening to a tape whatever it is do something with God that is specifically for the sole purpose of spending time with God because if you don't you will live from church service to church service and camp meeting to camp meeeting and you will live on rations in the greatest battle ever fought how do you know about this David I'm not preaching against anybody or saying anything against anybody I'm saying it about myself I've went through this I need to do better I I wouldn't want everyone to know how many times I've read my Bible within the past 14 days because I need to do better what's up brother Elijah welcome to the live so the world wants us just do go from Sensation to sensation and to make the value of Our Lives how much money can I make and how how much of a great uh naturalistic life can I live or how carnal can I be and that's not value feed your experience what does that mean that means spend time with God consistently what's up brother elah says Hey brother how are you I'm doing great how are you hope you're doing awesome feed your experience now I would would say this you cannot live your life on the high on the spiritual feeling of a high that a church camp or a meeting gives you it's not realistic you will never do that you'll never be that because in order for a high or for a great feeling of service to be valuable you also had to have a low and if we change your mindset and make a choice and say hey I'm not going to allow the devil to talk to me so much it's a choice Elijah says good yes sir just go home from church that's great brother Elijah how is your uh how is your service feed your experience choices we make there choic that we make when I was going on um my dad and I went to pick up a puppy from somewhere in Arkansas and on the way back we wanted to visit the David moris and we made the choice we were going to visit him we're going to spend time with him no matter what now we saw him in the hospital bed we got to spend about 20 minutes with him but it was a choice we made choices we make I made a choice one time time to uh not plug my phone in because I thought it would last all night but it didn't it died I missed my alarm and I was late to work choices we make and I could have blamed everything else but at the end of the day choices we make it's really up to us um but Elijah says it was really good very good service about not giving up well that's great brother Elijah that's awesome so in your new year what are you going to do I think we should all ask ourselves that what am I going to do differently in this new year I I like New Year resolutions and I like like changing things but I also believe in being effective I mean do you want to be oh I made the most I I don't want to brag and say oh well I made the most New Year resolutions I made the most things I said the most things that I'm going to do in this new year like no that's not realistic it's not actually going to happen make a realistic change a realistic I once heard a guy that was a fitness trainer that said he never started telling people go out go and work out five times a week or six times a week he would start with one time a week just for 15 minutes and everyone could do it and then he built his way up so I'd say whatever your resolution is if it's a massive thing if you told yourself if you never worked out last year and you said I'm going to work out five times a week this year don't try to do that at all cut down about two times well that's easy anybody can do that yeah of course but can you do that consistently because I'd rather do two times a week for a year than five times a week for the first two months and then barely do it the rest of the year whatever your choices that you make whatever the resolutions that you want to have and the and the ways that you want to do things this following year make it purpose ful make a choice like this is what I'm going to do because if I and every everyone else that watch and people that are on the social media if I continue to live my life where I go from Instagram real to YouTube real to Facebook real one after another and I spend I I actually I have a group chat with Thomas and some friends where we send clean memes to it I count on one week I sent 100 I sent 176 memes to the chat 176 yeah I did in one week now is that wrong I don't know but I could have spent my time better so choices I make what are you spending your time on I think it should be like a budget we can budget out our money say I have this much money I'm spend it here I think we should do that with our time I have this much time put God into your time and I would say don't make it to where I'm going to put God on my schedule and I'll schedule some time with him and then I'll go back to the rest of my life I wouldn't do that keep God in your thoughts because he I I have a lot to say against someone that says the only only way you should ever talk to God Is by oh dear gracious heavenly father I come to your throne of Mercy I know that I'm just worthless before you Lord but I ask that's true and that's right for a prayer but he also wants to be your friend he also wants you to talk to him directly and say hey God look I feel really depressed that's why I want you to talk talk to him ask for big things say God I don't know what to do what should I do instead of like a lot of times in the message us message kids that were raised in it we know the right things to wear the right things to say the right times to get up and say amen and clap our hands to put on the outward appearance that we're actually praising God when really we're dying inside so be genuine this year and if you want to change something don't try to change everything all at once change something little because if you make that choice to change a little something and do that consistently that's better than making a big change cuz what's better for me in a diet to lose weight intermittent fasting consistently or just don't eat or drink for 5 days intermittent fasting consistently even though the other one will be will be more effective faster not long term though we make decisions based on where will I be a year from now do all that you can for God the Bible says and you shall find me when you search for me with all of your heart F your experience so your what was your experience at Camp you consistently spent time with God and you were around around people that believe like you I'm going give you a big hint if you go home and you don't read your Bible consistently and you only spend time with God at church and you just spend the rest of your free time with your worldly friends you're going to lose a lot of your experience that you had a camp I'm not saying don't spend time with worldly friends but do you know why I don't have a bunch of worldly friends I hang out with all the time because whenever I'm with them eventually I'm going to tell them about the message I'm going to tell them what I believe I'm going to ask them what they believe because it is is the most principal and it is the most important thing by far nothing's even close and so I'm saying be purposeful be straightforward the whole point of this podcast is what do you mean by I believe that we should be able to take a lot I we should be able to take the the doctrines and the principles of this message what's up sister Lauren welcome to live that are preached and be able to put them into simple terms because if you don't Albert Einstein said if you don't understand something if you can't explain something simply you don't understand it well enough I believe that every message kid let's say eight uh any kid that's not married should be able to take the message doctrines and explain them simply not in some big deep thing that's like super intellectual but simply because if I asked for instance random kid that's in the message who are the members of the Justice League and who are the me members of The Avengers and they can answer but then I ask for instance um how is Jesus not his own father except he was God and they can't really give an answer that's a problem because the like the the Marvel and the DC those are stories those are literature those are things that that uh tell stories of good versus evil and give a value and entertainment the original story was Jesus dying for our sins that was the original that was what God created and a lot of these stories are based off of his good versus evil sacrifices made and stuff like that so I believe we should know about the message good afternoon sir what's up Ian I believe we should know about it I believe we should know the the ins and outs of it we should know we should be should say yeah I've listened to the church age book like how many of us can truly say yeah I've listened to every uh tape brother brandom ever preached or at least all the tapes he preached in let's say 60 to 65 but can but if you can say you haven't listened to every sermon brother the brandham ever preached but you can say that you've watched every Marvel movie ever made that's a problem who are you talking about me I haven't watched all of them but I need to do better but the the world is it's so appealing and it's so easy just to watch a show or to watch a movie in instead of reading a Bible listening to a tape because you know the the they can there can be a big debate like people ask like what is your position on the tape on the tape only movement and the preaching movement my position is don't just listen to tapes at home and don't just listen to tapes at church listen to tapes out all the all the places in church if they play them if they don't whatever that's really up to the pastor who it doesn't really matter to me she preach the message um but whether you listen to them in church at your home in your car I don't care where you listen to them the point is listen to them and I think also we should listen to sermons preached by message preachers as well brother Ron Spencer I believe that every message believer should listen to brother Ron Spencer preach and his testimony I believe every message believer should listen to um brother Barry coffee or brother uh the B coffee son brother Steve coffee or brother Andrew Glover it'll change your life they say oh I only need the tapes well would you tell Paul that Paul's like yeah go listen to Timothy or go listen to barabus or go listen to uh ananas or James or Peter or James or John Jesus didn't say hey go and take my writing just read them Don't Preach at all he said go preach the message to the people his 12 disciples I think we should listen to all of them and be purposeful about it so choices we make but why did I like when I was about 18 I went from about 243 lbs to 2113 PBS because of did intermittent fasting for about two months and then the any desserts I'd wake up I'd work around from like 11: to 8: I'm going say my my schedule was like 12:30 to 9: or 11:30 to 8 and like 1 one day a week I work like 10:30 to 6 or something like that and or 10 to 6:30 or something like that and and uh I was stand at 6:30 and I would only eat once a day so I'd eat maybe around 6:00 or 7 until I was about 80% full and i' stop after 2 months of doing that I lost 30 pounds by God's grace now how did I go from 213 when I was 18 to about 270 when I was um what's up brother shell got about you how did I go from 213 to 270 from when I was uh 20 was I 22 uh 23 was I 23 22 when I was 22 because I consistently made bad choices with food I went to Taco Bell at 3:00 a.m. a whole bunch that's why choices we make feed your experience if we can understand that in the natural how much easier should it be in the in the spiritual you want to be good at basketball practice you want to be good at fighting temptation and Devils practice listen to the tapes read your Bible it's easy it's not rocket don't want that car but if it looks real pretty on the outside and it's also really pretty on the inside and it has a great engine and transmission then you will want to keep that car if you're not sexually attracted to your girlfriend or your boyfriend don't marry them because we preach about character a lot but you should also be attracted to him attracted to him is wrong that's not wrong it's part of life it is human instinct it is straightforward I've never seen someone that preaches look for character with a wife that wasn't pretty it's important but it's not number one they're interconnected character is the most important but also there's other part too that is very important it is people tried to bait me into talking about fat people by saying what do you think about fat people and I just said well what I not fat being fat isn't the problem it's the symptom of the real problem why did I blue ups and get so heavy was because I made consistant bad unhealthy choices whatever and then I'll make them feel so comfortable and I'll tell them doesn't matter how much or how little amount of time you spent with God you were you're saved you were no more lost than God himself could be lost you're in the greatest message ever so you can just sit at home scrolling through reals and spending all your time on social media watching movies and TV shows and hunting and fishing all the time and never dedicating any time to God then you'll be just fine because you have the Holy Ghost so you could be no more lost than God himself could be lost you don't need to still spend time with God that's what I would do if I was the devil and that's what he does is to get us to live on rations to get worth the only time we ever spend time with God is at church and I'm not preaching any I'm preaching as myself here say things I need to work on this stuff you think you wonder like how does brother how do these preachers have such inspiration to preach against the problems people are going through it's not because we're perfect and we're noticing the faults of others it's because we're going through hard things we're going through struggles we can put if I can take these struggles that I'm going through and try to turn it into a platform and a way that can help someone that is the intention of these lives is to take things that we say in the message and we take for granted and put them into a simple straightforward uh doable workload or doable uh thing I guess what do you mean by the message January 19th Lord willing brother Trevor Ean will come on the
