point all of us want to have kids at some point or you want to be Paul I guess the rest of your life but so we'll do our best what's up guys what's up Tyler how's it going um so yeah ask so you guys say later on like the most voted for poll option is always the one that is the latest I guess because people have lives that they have actual lives that they live I guess so hey Jesse sacker hello fun question that came in someone asked here how are you talking on parenting when you are a parent yourself I'm guessing they're saying uh they're what they meant to say was how are you how are you uh talking and parenting when you were not a parent yourself but hey uh whoever there has an iPhone 12 Pro Max that's all I know about him typos boys um well I I think everybody in this live unless you're like Paul and you actually want to never get married you're going to have kids at some point and we're all basically the results however our parents raised us and I think basically everyone's either a winner or a loser and that is really just the result of how you were raised and uh how can I do these lives when I'm not a parent because I'm going to be one day and because I have awesome parents you know we have different ideas like we have to face problems and uh Solutions as parents that you know say 5 10 years when we all have kids uh we're going to have to to face things that our parents never faced like how do we deal with our kids getting phones or phone service how do we deal with them uh with internet access or with movies or TV shows or video games or social interaction if you're from a church that doesn't have many people in it you know these things are very important and it depends you know what are you guys' thoughts you guys can join let's see who else do I have on here grab back okay cool so Jesse actually you can join Jesse if you want it's always interesting to have somebody to bounce ideas off of um but you know there's a lot of things that we're going to have to do with when we when we get older and we have kids like how do we deal with this you know video games cuz I'm not in the boat of uh no video games because I I realize I I know that um they're not all bad but spending all your time on them as bad of course what's up Ruth welcome to the live Ruthie is it just you or do do I also have other uh relatives watching this as well for those who don't know Ruth is with mom and dad visiting people in uh Wisconsin Ruth yeah Ruth this is just you or other people there too um so if you guys have have ideas on how you're going to deal with phones internet video games uh and the social life if you don't have if you're in a place where there's not many people that are your age and in the message put them in the comments put wherever your ideas are um you know I think that uh it just it just depends honestly uh let's see so I can go to this answer here were your parents hard on your growing up if so how did it help you become a better human it depends on what you mean by hard let's see s man able to join tonight let's see okay what do you think is the best way to explain William Bram as the prophet of the age to a Baptist preacher that's a good question I do want to get someone on like brother the trior Eman or something like that to explain you know what is the message but if I were to give a offthe CU answer the best way to explain to a Baptist pastor uh or bapt or Baptist preacher brother bam is a prophet um there's different ways we not you're not going to explain to someone that brother Brandon was a prophet you're not going to convince them of it same way you're not going to convince someone that uh the Bible is right or that God exists these are Revelations so I mean a brief rundown you can say William Brandon was a man who lived from 1909 I think it was 199 1906 to 1965 he started the healing revolution in the 1947 to 1960s uh he led over six million people to the Lord or over 8 million I guess at this point and we people we believe that he's the full filment of Malachi 4 and 5-6 in Revelations 10: 7 uh they used to have to have U dump trucks filled with uh dump trucks to go and pick up different um different Wheelchairs and uh CS there are people raised from the dead and what you can do let's see it doesn't have to be complex in your answer right now I know it has to be Revelation rund down is what I was interested perfect perfect yeah um you can still rund down like the the wikkipedia answer you know obviously you don't want to give the answer that Satan wants but just like yeah he was a guy who led let's see will brother Brandon was a guy that led over 6 million people to Lord and never took credit and said it was gave all the glory to God and uh told people the secrets of their hearts uh people were healed at the meetings and uh and we believe that he is a fulfillment of Malachi 4 and 5-6 in Revelations 10: 7 and then send them a tape show them a tape um I would show them life story uh how the angel came to me in his commission one of my favorites is looking at the Unseen you can do thinking man's filter don't do marriage or divorce you can do all those different things I mean it's uh even even on itself even if someone doesn't believe in the message just on its head brother Brandon being there you know he led he's LED at this point him directly or indirectly him saying things just LED you know 8 million people to the Lord so that's a lot so you know it certainly is someone to look into that's what you could tell them and tell them just like anything else you look it up there's going to be a thousand websites against them just like everywhere else and you could even give them disclaimer and tell him we don't think he's God please don't think that or whatever and just go from there really so if you want me to approach that take them to the Bible show scripture yeah yeah you can do that too it depends on uh how you want to approach it honestly Jesse depends on how old a Baptist preacher is too and how much of an ego complex they have how open they're going to be to uh sing things because if you're talking to a Baptist preacher you may be talking to someone it let's see he has listened to life story didn't comment much on it we and a couple of people from the church work with him and he's actually stream of services for a while great sincere nominal Christian H he didn't comment much on it well I know particular Like Jesse I know you have your pastor's brother Donny you can't always just ask him for R about random things like this um so I if I were to say oh ask your pastor it's really easy for me to ask my pastor he's my dad he answer if I call him right now um but let's see in that scenario I'd maybe ask him to listen to a another sermon maybe ask him what he thinks about it um you maybe look at his life because there are some people I believe that chosen by God to uh you know Billy Graham old Royal Roberts those were chosen by God they preached the wrong Doctrine but they were chosen by God so you know I'm guess you you I want to identify is this predestinated seed is this the uh maybe predestinated person to be a Baptist whatever else um certainly is an interesting thing but you you could talk to him about it because you know we we have friends who are operating on the under the assumption that didn't want to talk to us because they thought that we thought brother brandom was deity or something dumb like that when they when they didn't know that that's just you know completely false he's just a guy he's just a brother let's see I feel like you respectfully left her Al and he didn't understand it just been thinking about what I will say if it's brought up again appreciate and say yeah of course of course Jesse you know it's it's separating the uh oh I'm I'm I believe he's a prophet from the this the situation because we're not trying to convince them he's a prophet that'll do nothing and it's just like yeah well you know we LED 8 million people to the Lord uh people listen to his tapes all over the planet and people are led to the Lord Jesus Christ and uh his his his ministry has changed millions of lives that's one way of certainly what we're doing okay got a couple more questions I'll be right back all right we got some great questions that came in so super cool um great question Jesse by the way thank you really really good question um let's see someone asked how I I'll go I'm going to go back to the parenting stuff later but I'll go to this one right now how did you know that you were called by God to preach and to do that I need to go to my chat with Jeremiah Shield since I sent him all the stuff because I think maybe he will so brother liso in his live with us uh went through and he said to minister means to serve you know of course you want to go according to the word but one thing is it just won't leave you alone um so when see when I was 14 I thought I wanted to be one and then when I was 16 and I talked to D about it and dad said pray about it for two weeks which my dad tells me as a pastor you know he knows whether not something serious or not because people want to do something or they ask me about something he says oh just pray about it for two weeks and if they bother him again after 2 weeks maybe it's something but if not nothing so I asked them about it they said pray about it for a couple weeks and I never mentioned it again for a while I mentioned it again when I was 16 and I was going crazy I had a lot of passion within me and you know I explode up people on on social media or so I mentioned God in person I'd go on for 25 minutes a lot of power not a lot of control not a lot of wisdom but uh dad said David I want you to uh I told I told Dad I I'm going to preach on a street corner I'm going to go on Facebook live I'm going to go to a nursing home and uh dad said okay David this and then D said I'll pray about it and I said David this this com on Wednesday I got you Joshua and Josiah and Alex um you're going to go up there talk for 20 20 or 25 minutes you the last one goes up there the other guys they went up there and they talked for 20 or 25 minutes each and they were supposed to take 10 or 15 and then um I uh went up there and preached for exactly 12 minutes 382 June 17th 2017 and uh dad gave me the thought it was without faith is impossible to please God I remember he told me uh just to write up a little thought about it and I had no idea what I was writing up I was just going randomly and he said David what are you trying to say here I was like I don't I don't know he said David have you ever heard the rule of kiss and I'd never heard it before keep it simple stupid so you said you want the you never want people to say it was so deep I no one could understand it you about the sermon you want people to say the sermon was so uh simple anybody could understand so keep it simple stupid so it's said without faith David it's impossible to please God but with faith it's impossible not to please God so I went across that went across the different things how did I know because it just wouldn't leave me alone and preaching is to me is not about uh being right it's about taking these thoughts of God from the word of God and putting them into words to try and help people to try and change someone's mind and uh you know they they say uh people when people go to church they don't want to just hear somebody's opinion they want to hear the word and the gift that God has given you is to break down the word of the people um you want to simplify the word bring it down to people's level and you'll know what your gift is is as you go forward so I knew that I was called by God's grace when uh it just wouldn't leave me alone there's like a it's like being on fire almost it just won't go away and the desire to go forward and preach just got stronger and stronger and uh it's got very little to do with me saying I'm anybody I'm not it's a very small percentage of my world honestly is going Bey on a Pulpit the rest of it is the stressful time which is probably the hardest part of preaching is going behind like three or four hours to steady for Wednesday service because I got to breach two wnes in a row and uh because Wednesday I've got to work so I'm going to be you know typing up like what do I say I've got the thought in my mind I just have to figure out how am I going to put it into words like I have got the Dynamics by God's grace got the passion the Zeal the inspiration I've just got to put it into the mechanics like how to formulate this word on top of the other word so on and so forth Lord willing and uh but I know called by God's grace because I'm not in it for me I'm in it to help and people are helped by God's grace and they've been helped and it is the most important thing in my life preaching is not a popularity show or a popularity contest it's not Brothers so and so is preaching there really it does not matter if it's the most popular preacher there is or some lowly preacher no one's ever heard of brother brandham said a man fully surrendered to God is omnipotent and any man or woman that's yielded to the spirit of God when they take the word of God and put it on their lips it's the same as deity speaking so people operate the gifts whether it's a bigname preacher or some nobody no one's ever heard of you pull on the preacher you say Amen that'll encourage him to go forward so by God gra I know I'm called because God gives me these thoughts to say and I know that they help and uh it is the most important thing in my life I mean preaching is really just it's 99.9% not behind a Pulpit it's living a life it's holding your tongue it's being the bigger man it's being the butt of the joke it's being the it's not coming back at someone instantly with some comeback it's not telling someone how pathetic they really are and instead listening to them and telling them hey actually wow what you're saying is amazing as if it is when it's not you have to deal with a lot of garbage as a preacher and I'm the lowle of them so I can only imagine what the other ones go through what's up Kell Smith hello um so that's how I know and the way that my my sermons come to me is through a title I get the title and then everything else comes into view so my first sermon I preach where I was not giv a title uh when I was and uh it came to me when I was just walking I'll walk around around outside just talking to God and I'd seen an episode of Little House in the prairie where these these guys came into town these two brothers and and one of them had a son I guess the wife had um I guess the wife had di or something like that but this they were all bullies to everybody in the town and uh it came a time when uh they were just mean to everybody they were mean to Charles Eng Les's wife so Charles went over there to try to you know lay the word to him I guess with a fist and uh they beat him up and then the kids were getting bullied by the uh by the younger guy but all the boy all the kids all the guys in school that were guys were out farming so this little boy was there a bunch of girls and small boys and they all beat up on the Sun so the preachers there on Sunday they got a beat up son and a beat up Charles Les and the preacher says yes we are taught to turn the other cheek and to be kind to those that despitefully use us but there comes a time when no amount of turning the other cheek will stop those who do the devil's work so that's where it came to me there comes a time and that was the thought there Comes A Time and brother bam actually preached from that time very many times so there comes a time that's that was the sermon and the whole sermon came from that title there comes a time I got another question that came in I'll be right back someone someone asked what's my favorite Message Church to visit um I don't really visit message churches very often because I I just go to church camps uh golly um I don't know I don't really V visit many thanks for sharing what it's like to be a preacher I'll pray for you well thanks James I uh I appreciate it I mean it is difficult I'm I mean because I have to deal so much with my stupid ego I'm 22 guys I'll be 23 in less than a month but I'm still really dumb in a lot of ways and I have to deal with my stupid ego and set it aside because it's either do I be right and I can just like absolutely Crush someone and tell them how wrong they are oh or wait hold on they might be watching online and I'm going to be preaching this coming Wednesday I need to be the bigger man and say you know what hey that's maybe probably pretty pretty good point brother so and so and then go on because bringing right doesn't matter as much as having peace in a lot of in a lot of areas so glad that wasn't enjoyed so there we go any questions you guys have about paren or anything else please put in the chat so please pray for me because I've got the thought it's a little different without without my dad there that should be a interesting see someone says were your parents hard on you growing up and if so how did it help you become a better human well it depends on what you mean by or your parents hard on you were they difficult with you I don't think my parents were I think there are a lot of parents where they're just Absol abolutely difficult to their kids they may let their son do whatever they their sons do whatever they want they're real hard in the girls or vice versa it's pretty strange but I believe in a way you like one of the other questions is what values do you plan on instilling instilling in your children you want your you want your kids to be tough like I want my sons to be very tough my kids will not be losers period that will not happen there was a time when Thomas and I did so terrible the basketball game that my dad told had us go to the living room and try to do some push-ups we could barely even do one each and I said I will not have my sons be losers and he had to stoop more push-ups and eat healthier and uh work out more and get stronger so when it comes to what what kind of values I want to instill my children is you want them to be strong but you can't do that by just uh giving them generic strength which means letting them feed off of your strength which means you know never letting them fail so you want to let them fail in some ways but at the same time help them so I think it's about embracing whatever they like maybe they like Legos and building maybe they like sports um maybe they like typing things up or writing books or whatever else all in all though you want your sons to be effective men I I know very little about girls so I'm I'm not going to say that's just how you raise a girl I have no idea but guys you know they you will they'll either be losers or they'll be awesome there's really no in between and I think the values you want to instill in them is you know uh they need to have a basic understanding of the message they just need to you know righteousness is not an understanding but we do need to have be ready to give an answer for what we believe what do we believe how do we believe it um I I believe that we that you need to separate being right from what is right right or being right from creating peace cuz a lot of times maybe you are right in something but it's worth it more to just say h that's interesting I'll pray about that rather than engaging with people uh the Holy Ghost has power in control so for a while you have to be the Holy Ghost for your kids but you want them to receive the Holy Ghost of course send them to camps um one of the main values I want to instill in my children is don't be uh is to think of how they're perceived and not just how they are in their heart because how you are in perception of people is very different a lot of times from how you are in real life a lot of people perceived me in the past as being arrogant or boastful or bragging or uh not humble or and I'm the most humble of course I'm kidding but you know what I mean you know it does a lot to me to where people like oh well you're you just come off super boastful and I'm thinking what or you just tell everybody you're a preacher and I'm thinking well it's my social media account what else do you want me to tell people the funny thing is is like do do you want me to just say that I I play sports or do whatever else so what I want to do with my kids actually sa if if you want to join we're talking about parenting so that could be interesting you know what values do I want do I plan on stealing my children is is you know be right but be effective you know you can come off someone can come off very arrogant or very self-righteous to someone else depending on the way they speak or they don't speak and you need to be willing to say you were wrong so that's one of the main values is to say you know what I was wrong it puts less pressure on you to be right all the time and it builds it up to where you can uh you can really help someone and they'll respect you more if they if you're will to say you know what I was wrong because we're human beings we're not going be perfect and there's many values I want to instill my kids I want to instill in the value of hard work and it depends on what they do if they want to build Legos you know we're going to go on eBay and we're going to buy some good pric Legos and they're going to build Legos all the time create a reward system based off of that if I hope one of them likes basketball like I did when I was growing up so that you know we can pick uh set up a place for them to play basketball and then uh build off of that but you want your children to be ABS I want my sons to be absolute monsters part of that is letting them fail part of that is building them up and you know I'm not going to be a cushion for them their entire lives they're going to have to grow and also one of the thing why I instill my kids is don't be annoying and that sounds weird you know I it does sound a little strange but don't be annoying don't be that person that just hates everything or is different from everybody like yes be different be separate but at the same time don't be really annoying like to fit in socially and to also not care what people think is a very hard skill to master I want to also teach my sons how to deal with rejection because it is one of the hardest things for a guy to do everything they can do and be the best that they can be women are put into the world born with uh value they have a tremendous amount of value already they're very pretty whatever else and they do have to build themselves up sure in some ways you know learn how to cook or whatever else build to have the Holy Ghost but not compared to men men any value we have is stuff we build of ourselves and that's it you have to have a job you have to be able to provide I think a guy should be in good shape or rather make healthy choices consistently um I think you should be I think every guy should know a little bit of uh martial arts so and uh you know because every guy's going to deal with rejection that's just how the game works so realizing what rejection is it's better and building yourself in such a way to where say say for instance you ask a girl out and she says no realizing that oh wait it's not because there's anything wrong with me because a lot of people maybe a girl will say no and it's not because the guy doesn't have value it's that the girl a relationship isn't as valuable to her as it is to you make yourself into an absolute monster make yourself into the man God wants you to be do not pray for easy lives my friends pray to be stronger men and it is only through suffering and through hardship that you become anything good anything worth any person that has anything worth having went through hell to get there so you have to be strong and you also have to be weak so learn to play basketball board games as well don't be a a weirdo uh effective communication my kids are going to learn good good tonality I don't just speak like this because I was born with it I learned it by God's grace um through sales I'm going to teach them to listen more than you speak what's up William buts welcome to the live we're talking about what values we want to instill on our children so it's pretty cool anybody can join anybody can uh anybody can go live with me if they want just to talk about this stuff we want to teach your sons to be awesome kind of like William bus was when I was 12 we're both pretty pretty cool dudes going after the same girl over 10 years ago it was fun super cool it was cool but you want teach them to be uh competent and very good at whatever they're doing that's what you want to do um let's see what else did you want to instill in them um I I'm going to do homeschooling for my kids I'm not going to teach them Advanced Algebra I think you some the beginning stuff like a plus 3al 6 and a equal 3 or whatever um those those those parts are good but the really complicated stuff I don't really see the value of it um I don't but it just I guess it just uh depends on what you're trying to do see here what's up kayin Barrett amariah hello talking about what we want to still our kids what kind of values we want them to have I want my sons to be awesome they're going to be I'm going to put and they can't be losers that's just that's not an option and a way of doing that that I recognized through the relationships that I've been in is you have to marry a smart girl you you have to be okay with if if you wouldn't be comfortable with if you're interested in a girl and you're not and you don't think she would be good at teaching kids something or teaching anybody anything don't marry her I know that's pretty St a strange way of saying it but if you're not comfortable with if you're if you're talking to a girl and you think man this girl is so strange I don't think she could teach anyone anything don't don't think of her for marriage because she's going to have to parent your kids she's going to be talking to your 5-year-old son when you're not there and whatever person she is that's what your boy is going to be a lot like these things M matter especially to me I want to home home school my kids I'm going to replace the stupid algebra and stuff like that with uh better things such as uh you know Dave Ramsey's Money Makeover the stuff um how to play board games how to get really good at them chess I'm going to have a class maybe in maybe seventh or eighth grade on chess maybe make chess part of every class from when they start school because if they get really good at chess that's awesome because if you if you're good at chest you can think ahead you can have different strategies and things like that but you want your kids to be amazing you want them to be spectacular and you don't want them to be self- rightous at the same time you don't want them to take their preferen and say oh well I just uh I uh I do these certain certain things but I do this other things since it's not worth my time don't say that you sound annoyingly self-righteous instead say yeah I like hiking and fishing I just don't like uh I don't like hunting I like hunting and fishing but I don't like hiking and that's fine anybody can like hiking you know so don't do preferential treatment everybody has their favorite sins they like to condemn everybody likes to for some reason they like to say no no movies or TV shows but they'll they'll go and they'll watch Disney movies all the time or they'll go you know spend all their time uh listening to pop music everybody's got their problems so it's hilar like when we did live the other day and everyone was saying that the uh the Star Wars meme was not good and I was like wait you're only allowed to vote if you have actually seen the Star Wars movies and no one had actually seen them they like I haven't seen them but the meme isn't funny yeah because you haven't seen the movies if you haven't seen the movies you don't get to vote they're good movies they're the second cleanest Trilogy to ever exist on the face of P or third biggest so Lord of the Rings is the cleanest Trilogy the hobest second Star Wars third um so don't be losers and don't be weird you know like that's hard to uh that's hard to put into words but be amazing and I want to teach my sons that rejections part of it teachs them that they're never going to understand women ever that's just not going to happen girls are very strange people so are guys but I think girls are a lot weirder CU we have no idea what we even want you know you can be an amazing guy and they don't you have no idea so I'll teach them you know that uh rejection is part of everything if you can Master The Art of Getting rejected and getting up and keeping on going that's really good let's see what else you guys you guys on the live what what value do you guys want to put into your children because I'm sure you guys want to put valid things and good things into your kids and you don't want them to be losers of course let's see here Star Wars Star Wars is pretty cool it's a very good uh in my opinion they're some of the best things the best movies ever made a few things to ignore but they're very good values to instill in your children um you want them to be very competent you want to be smart I like what you said about maintaining peace over being right oh thanks James because having peace is more important than being right it's true now if you're talking about about whether whether or not brother Brandon's the prophet or whether or not Jesus was God that's something correct but if you're talking about some stupid family drama thing or uh what movie to watch or what not or whatever it doesn't really matter or breakup drama or whatever else those things don't really necessarily ultimately matter well needed skill during the election next year yeah you know you know ultimately another thing too is uh recognizing the bigger game that's being played because when someone has an opinion about politics you got to focus you know like why do they have that opinion in politics a lot of times it's one of two things either it's what their parents believe or it's the opposite of what their parents because people like to reel so recognizing those things is certainly an interesting thing um someone asks do I think I'll be do you think you'll be a strict parent well it depends on what they mean by a strict parent I don't know what exactly what they mean by a strict parent [Music] um you anybody could interpret anything to be as being strict or being really light um maybe compared to what the world does but I don't I'm not sure if that'd be the same in uh in the message or not um I want to be a a productive and a uh a logical parent with my kids be correct what's up Faith Johnson welcome to the live we're talking about relationships and uh or not relationships no having kids and how we're wanting to raise those kids and parenting and stuff like that because it matters it matters how we raise up the kids that we want them to be really neat and we want them to be real Annoying want them to be really good um questions and comments are welcome we want our kids to be we want them to be correct we want them to be not really annoying let's see oh we got Zoe black and fith Johnson Joseph about how to raise a girl at all but as far as what I want to tell my my daughters when I have them is be straightforward and be honest don't play games um I I do realize that part of the a lot of the fun for girls playing games with the guy but the same time be straightforward and be honest um also I want tell my daughters sayy if anyone ever likes you want them to go away don't be nice just ask your dad and he'll go in who he'll talk to them I'd have fun with that um let's see what else I guess Al I guess that could also give my daughter some some perspective on how guys think and the way that they dress and stuff like that it's possible to be to be pretty without being scandalous and to be modest and pretty without being you know provocative or whatever else just different things like that and uh but with my sons you know a 12-year-old say for instance a 16y old boy there this is a strange way of putting it but a son my sons will be losers until proven otherwise that sounds strange but you need to build yourself up and make yourself into something better that's what they're going to need to learn to do and I'm going to be with them through every part of the process and it'll be a learning Journey for me as well my sons I want them to be stronger than I ever was at their age and I want to have conversations with them and I want them to realize that I'm not going to jump to getting mad at them and punish them I'm going to try to have conversations with them about what they're struggling with because you know Believe It or Not dad was a kid too at some point so those are the things I I mean when it comes to phones and electronics I'm not exactly sure how I'll handle that it'll depend on how intelligent my kids are and how they act um I'm not not exactly sure I I don't connect with their kids I agree I think that's due to a couple things usually um maybe the parents are just way too strict or There's No Love in the family I know of some families where if they're supposed if if you ask them like hey do you do you HG your parents and tell them you love them when you go to bed and they're like no why would I do that I'm thinking how often do you tell your parents you love them how often do they tell you they love you and if it's rare that's not a good thing because you know yes a lot of parents don't connect with their kids but we're asking you know why don't they connect with their kids and one one of those main reasons is because they don't express love to them they don't say hey I love you oh I provide for them you got to also give words of affirmation you got to tell your kids that you love them that is an important thing I think you should oh that's just not the way we do it I don't care I think every child should be hugged by their parent and told that they are loved when they say good night every single night I think that should just be that's a rule in our house we always do that not that we're forced to but that is a good thing to do why wouldn't you tell your son you love them why wouldn't you tell your dad you love them like really oh it's just weird yeah it's weird to tell your parents you love them really that's why they're not connecting with their kids because they don't show any love to each other they don't hug they don't touch they don't have serious conversations they just go on vacation spend a bunch of money super rich and do nothing with their lives connect with your kids by being vulnerable one of the ways is if you if you mess up say yeah so yeah buddy son I messed up I was wrong to blow their mind so many kids are under the impression that their fathers or their mothers are never ever ever wrong and they can never fail so many of us Mexicans are under the impression that these Elders in the church never make mistakes and that they because they never go to the altar Elders make just as much mistakes as kids do if not more maybe no no one is more saved than anybody else the worst sinner saved the worst sinner filled with the Holy Ghost is no more saved than brother brandham was under the blood of the Lord Jesus Christ there is nothing we can do within ourselves nothing I don't know how I got to there that was free that wasn't in the notes guys but you got to connect with them you got to tell them you love them if you're not telling your kids you love them what what in the world are you doing if you don't tell your daughter you love her then when she talks to a guy and he shows love towards her she's going to be so ATT more attached to the boy she's some random loser guy she's talking to than her own father because those words have meaning oh I show them with my actions you can also say them saying I love you you means something you show love too sure but you got to say it too you got to connect with your kids and you got to tell them hey like my dad tells me yeah David you're not the only young kid David believe it or not I was your age at 1.2 I I was your age too I was a boy and when did that he con connected with me I'm like oh okay sweet and when you separate being in trouble with learning and growing that's a good thing so why why aren't parents connecting with their kids one of the reasons is because the parents will have a stupid God complex and if if the if your father unless he's a pastor of course but if if your father is not in had conversations with each other unless someone was in trouble what does it mean to be in subjection to your pastor it means that if your pastor tells you to do or to not do something you do or you do not do it it means that uh you don't have a God complex it means that whatever your whatever it means that you go to church consistently you're loyal to your pastor it means that uh I'd have to a complete St down to give you the perfect answer but it just means that if you think you're right about something but your pastor preaches something else and shows you according to the word of God how you're wrong you'll change it's not even being a subjection to Pastor Mon it's being a subjection to the Holy Ghost which your pastor is the representation of the Holy Ghost in your life subjection to him you're subjection to God if you're not in subjection to uh to God in your life or to your pastor probably not subjection to God yes there are seven people are always like oh what about when the pastor does something wrong of course then there's something different there but I'm referring to a pastor LED of the Holy Ghost got to be in subjection to him because they they they let this for rece of the Holy Ghost being subjection means you go to church consistently and you uh you don't bring your ego into it you just go with what he says so there you go there you go J hope that helps so what do I think about you know a parents still connect with their kids you got to connect with them with my kids I don't want the first time my sons to that they ever hear of of a game system or Call of Duty or Black Ops 3 or uh I know fortnite to be from their friends with their friend I want them to he from me because it's a real world we live in and maybe my son's going to enjoy video games I've never been the type to sit down and play video games for eight hours I've never been that person now if my son's working 80 hour weeks and wants to spend three hours in a video game okay sure buddy whatever you know um but you preparing them for for the real world and I think homeschooling does that a lot better than public schooling in my opinion because like you're you're taught to uh I figured out the system when I was 16 I end did 10th 11th and 12th grade in six months by testing out of everything I'm playing a video game right now haha well there you go I'm I'm I one thing I want my with my sons is to like hey don't use your preferences against other people like some people say video games are evil and then it's like yeah clearly Bro you've never enjoyed playing video games or maybe they used to be addicted to them so they nobody should play them so like yeah James I'm sure James isn't a uh an out of work you know 400 PB loser sitting on his couch in his mom's Bas all the time just because he likes video games oh man but just just being important being right and don't get me wrong Above All Else Focus your life with God when I have sons and when I have daughters we're going to have we're going to have devotions every single day at the Forefront of Our Lives will be the Lord Jesus Christ you're a 400lb barrel I guess that's your profile James I guess maybe I got it wrong but at the Forefront of your life is going to be the Lord Jesus Christ spending time with him because why am I the way that I am it is for no reason except the Lord Jesus Christ I don't have some special serum I don't have some special thing that nobody knows about it's God this is the way God made me I don't know why but he did when he when he thought how am I going to put how much passion am I going to put in somebody how much uh speaking ability am I going to put in somebody how much uh how tall uh how how driven and he just poured the whole container into me for some reason I don't know why how much confidence in neuroticism I have no neur neuroticism way too much confidence so when I get in car accidents I'm not scared I'm just thinking of how much it's going to cost me I don't have shock so um God made me that way so AB above all else with my kids kids I want to instill in them the values of the Lord Jesus Christ and do devotions and uh also teach them the Practical things to try to Gabrielle PR I think that's I think sister Gabrielle is a mother so she could actually come at some of these things we're talking about parenting how we want to parent our kids and I don't have any kids but I am a I am a son out of eight kids and you know we're going to have to do I'm going to have to deal with a lot of things that my parents never did the ACT access you for f for 50 bucks my sons will be able to buy a Xbox 360 with games and for 20 bucks buy a screen so for less than $100 they can be playing video games so be part of their lives show a lot of love have devotions and make God the Forefront of your lives I I I don't believe you should say oh just have them listen to tapes all the time or have them read the Bible all the time that's not it because unless unless the life from this Bible and from the tapes comes into your heart it all means nothing we're not in a message that's just intellectually astounding and just the greatest thing to ever hit the planet because just it's just so uh scientific it's not it's a revelation that changes your life and yes of course have them read the Bible yes of course my mom's playing tapes to me in the womb you know play Tap Play these tapes read the Bible but the goal is is above all else to instill the life of the Lord Jesus Christ into the hearts of our children when we have them that's the goal that's what we want that's why whenever a guy is courting a girl you think of her and you say would I be comfortable with this girl being the mother of my children when I'm working is she intelligent enough to where I would want to listen to her teaching me about something or teaching some kid about something these things matter you know if you don't think a girl would make a good mother and you want to have kids then you probably shouldn't marry her these things do matter immensely like why aren't parents able to connect with their children is because they're not showing love and they're not leveling that's what I try to do with you guys in the lives is to level with you to be genuine one of two things usually happen to people they're either one size fits all where they try to get along with everybody all the time or they're authentic which I'm authentic I do my best to be authentic and that makes people hate me or love me I found there's just about no medium with that either people really love these lives and they love listening to them or they hate them and they think they're just the worst thing ever I've had people tell me oh it's the wrong platform for things about God you're like what are you kidding me you know so people love it or they hate it but it's putting God at the Forefront those are the values I want to instill in my kids is to be like the Lord Jesus Christ in as many ways as possible and to be competent and to be confident and to realize what those things come come from yes I'm natural the way that I am it's a lot of ways but also I base it in uh Bible have devotions show a life that you would want that you would want your son to live because you're always being watched by your kids they're watching how you handle situations to with my sons I relationships when you're AR in a relationship I've never had a very uh confident person tell me that ever I've not in my life people are really insecure they are it doesn't matter how qualified or devotions any advice on how to go about doing it well brother uh the simplest way is give everybody a circle or sit on a couch whatever and start on one side of the room go to the other side and you all read a chapter or two of the Bible two verses each and then you talk a little about it you could also have a time where you show in the Bible about what is serpent seed what really happened in the Garden of Eden what is this godhead issue how do we know brother the Bam's Prophet how long do take God to create the Earth whatever else the other thing is that you're looking at how would you go about having devotions with your with your with your kids um read at the very least you could just read the Bible pray with them we want to show them what we do and how we do but we also want to show them why as well that thing matters as well so yeah read the Bible with them and you know there there's a really good T you can also listen to tape with him brother brandham uh had a sermon called teaching on Moses and where he instructed the parents to have all their kids go to the front of the Ser front of the church to sit in the front and uh he taught on Moses and you could play that for him and teach him about serpent seed I mean me honestly I think in my opinion this is a statement I haven't said yet but this is my opinion I think one of the detriments to the message is that people put all of the uh focus of what to listen to on the tapes and they don't talk enough about how incredible and valuable all of these pastors and preachers words are but the Barry coffee did a five hours five hour five hours like a three-part sermon series it was about 5 hours in total about making the second most important decision in life it was filled with quotes and scriptures but the Jason did a a series on uh on Sven shall take hold of one man brother Trevor Eman talks about message culture and what to listen on the tapes and what not to and or how to do everything and he talks about uh you know all truth and different things that people just don't talk about and all three of those guys brother Trevor Ean Barry coffee and brother uh Joseph our brother what's his name brother brother dear brother Jason Mars those are guys all all from different churches the only way to access what they're preaching or what they're saying is online he yes listen to tapes but i' say also listen to some other preachers as well that preach this message was all with all their heart and soul and uh they could really help listen to brother Jo listen to brother Tim puit we have more access to the voice of God than ever before and it isn't just from brother brandham it's from these other preachers preaching the message to the people now don't get me wrong on that please yes brother brandom is the seventh day messenger and he and the PE and his five-fold ministry that God ordained like brother Donnie Reagan brother Tim puit brother Eddie bisc brother brother Ron Spencer brother Andrew Spencer brother Joe Adams brother Trevor Ian brother Jason dears uh brother Wendell Martin um brother Tom Kain brother Israel Po and so forth and so on they are also anointed by that same Spirit to preach the word to their people to their flocks to their to the message and they anointed by The Same Spirit it's I'm not saying anything controversial here brother Bram said in the beginning of Satan's Eden hey I know I'm going to Tucson but you got this brother Collins brother Neville brother caps and they they preach just as hard as I do I think it's good ADV hearing other preachers see James sond I think that's good advice hearing other preachers perspectives really help my spiritual growth where I felt stuck before well praise the Lord yeah because yes we hear from I would compared to this yes we read the K King James Version Bible and yes we listen to brother Brandon but sometimes we need a different style like a brother Trevor Ean to take those words and word it to us in a way we haven't heard before brother brandham didn't preach against porn he didn't he didn't have a sermon series on the second most important decision in life he didn't preach against Snapchat or Facebook or YouTube or cell phones his son did but Joseph did brother Trevor does brother Tim pu did so it's uh sometimes you need these things preached at you to you in a different style so yeah these things do matter immensely I've had people tell me oh well you if you do this you get way more viewers I don't care about the viewers are you kidding me yeah if I want more viewers you guys know what I would do Joel Olstein level I would never talk about anything controversial I would even never talk about anything serious every single day and every single time I would just have it be the most fun time possible and I would involve as much drama as possible and i' bring on different young kids and different people all the time who have zero zero knowledge of anything and that would attract a ton of viewers but that's not my goal with these things my goal is to help yes I know if I changed it up a little bit and if I made things way less serious I could have more viewers eat and use the bathroom and go to sleep that's all that's necessary for life kind of but they're not what they're going to try to eat Health they're going to exercise and they're going to become awesome at something go exercise play sports uh read their Bible pray do Legos I have no idea but in every boy's life we have different ways of becoming efficient and competent and amazing at something I chose basketball growing up I I I finished school and then I did basketball for six three to six hours or more every single day I loved it I still do just trying to figure out a different way different place to play that doesn't have a double uh double rimmed hoop I's see Mom says honesty sincerity loyalty manners yeah honesty being honest being transparent sincerity yeah that's that's right and also uh being perceived as sincere as well some people some people perceive you as wrong no matter what you do but sincerity does matter of course um loyalty be loyal there's one there's a quote of a a a character and he was a very powerful man and he uh and he said value loyalty Above All Else people do what they want whatever they want to do value loyalty I'd rather have someone that stay is with me for their entire life than someone that shouted louder than everyone else amen louder than everyone else and dressed better than everyone else and then left after six months manners yes that's another big one is manners but want to be successful and with my sons you know they're going to have to learn to uh that the world doesn't value the things that are valuable but to be strong and I also want to teach son is that you're going to fail and uh that the most you know because my son's your a son will look at his father and say oh you're just so amazing or whatever else and I want them to know that I'm not the only good in me is Jesus find Jesus listen to the tapes listen to your Bible read your Bible read the tapes and do everything you can for God give God everything those are very important things and uh another big thing that my sons are going to have to deal with or any anyone's Sons is rejection from girls that's a hard thing but it's part of life statistically actually just truly every single girl you ever try to talk to will reject you except for one ultimately as far as marriage or whatever else as long as you're yield to God so dealing with rejection it's just mathematically it's just part of the equation it's it's going to be there and it's hard of course it's one of the most difficult parts of my life but there see Cheyenne says to be Christlike respectful and kind yes those are right things Cheyenne and those are correct what does those things mean to you what does it mean to Cheyenne Paris to be Christlike what would it mean to you for your girls to be Christlike for your boys to be Christlike what would it mean be respectful would it be kind what do you mean by those things into your children you have you can even have a different perspective for your sons and for your daughters because I've talked a lot about what I want my sons to be very little about my girls because I'm not a girl and I know nothing about them so um it's why you got to a girl that's going to make a good mom I see Mom says it's okay in in the family to fight in the backyard but in the front yard stand up for your yeah that's right it's exactly right stand up for your siblings do everything you can for I'd also say that context matters when you hear a story about someone else context context context you never know why someone said what they said or did what they did or whatever else what do you guys think what do you want to instill in your kidss we want them to be strong want them to be Packer fans also I'm kidding also one thing with my kids I'm not going to push them to go to college unless they want to be a doctor or a lawyer or a nurse or an engineer someone that requires it don't go to college graduate high school and start a business or do sales or do something like that and identify what you want do you want to make a bunch of money do you want to just be able to pay the bills what do you want things like that go pack go law yes hey we but we got beat by the Lion's mom so I'm not very proud of her of our team right now we got beat by the Lions so life is uh life is pretty difficult for us right now guys I think Mom left okay cool but you want you want your kids to be Christlike above all of course be like Jesus whatever Jesus would do not the you know flipping tables and whipping people part but the the gentle Meek spirited and direct part of course um speak directly be direct with people be honest and all these different things these all matter all these things matter and uh all these questions are good I
