then go back home Saturday night late so that I could um be home from my homes church service because I've got a um I've got a song Lead and Thomas has gotta do the projector and stuff and Ruth's gonna play the piano in our church and just because it's our home Church you want to see David versus John Michaels he probably crushed me it would be interesting or willing um but yeah the meeting Testament and Lord in the New Testament well your hope uh Jehovah of the Old Testament is the Jesus nothing new that's what God told by the Branham um obviously in the Bible um is the same God through the old and the New Testament it's different things I heard someone say recently oh no the Holy Ghost David King David didn't have the Holy Ghost yes he did the difference was the was the blood wasn't shed yet that was the difference but you know created me a clean heart and renew and you know cast not thy Holy Spirit from me he's a prophet he's literally writing the Bible um so the Lord in the Old Testament versus the new well the blood isn't shed yeah the sacrifices can only cover the conscience of sin or the uh cover the sin but not the take away the conscience so the god of the Old Testament you know they touch the mountains you You Gotta Die and then Jesus comes along or Jesus comes and he dies for us in the new in the New Testament but you know the god of Grace is still there it's actually really interesting Society to go God in the Old Testament versus the new girl are you an amputee because you have just had me stumped uh beautiful just great I actually had a uh a guy one time I heard an atheist in the debate say Jesus never healed an amputee by giving them a new limb which I thought was kind of a strange way of looking at it because it was God then you can just create couldn't say the Holy Ghost did not come until um the until action 38 it may be in the certain dispensation but I'd have to ask I'd have to ask my dad to get specifics on Zach or you could ask your dad I mean both of my dads are preachers so um someone asked my opinion on leggings with skirts um I don't know I don't care that's that is not my office to do stuff girl you're a shotgun because you blow my mind uh no jokes about death please um let's see I have another question someone asked for my favorite ice cream flavor um so uh blue Bill does the ice cream flavor called um called um cookie two-step so it's like Oreo cookies and cookie dough and chocolate chips and it's delicious it is amazing also get that and a half gallon and then I'll get chips of Hawaii classic and I'll crumb them over and then put it in the microwave get a little soft and need it it's delicious but they don't I haven't had them like a month it's really annoying he couldn't have been born again yet because Jesus hadn't died yet so I believe it had to be the anointed the anointing of God but not in the soul interesting interesting I don't know Zach when it comes to things like that that I know brother Brian said something about it somewhere and it was set in stone I don't know that's not something that I have that I have thoroughly studies or thoroughly studied you can only get anointed by the Holy Ghost before the upper room from that point on the law changed since they could now get the baptism of the Holy Ghost in their soul I don't know I I have not studied it I have not put a lot of study into that I know about the the godhead more but not about the uh whether you filled with the Holy Ghost or anointed by it or whatever else the reason why the uh I was talking to the friends and the subject of that came up was that I was trying to prove that people with Holy Ghost make mistakes and that somebody making a mistake does not prove you don't have the Holy Ghost Caleb Smith if it'll said then you have to refuse Jesus Christ for he is the revelation of God God revealed in human flesh unless you see it you're lost use a set of ship you believe that I am he you will die in your sin he is the revelation of God the spirit of God revealed in human form you can't believe that you're lost you put him a third person second person or any other person besides God you're lost so there something I put at the top of my list um let me see here um what are my thoughts on relativism what exactly excuse me excuse me not knowing what this is but let me Google that what is relativism relativism is the doctrine that knowledge truth morality exists in relation to culture Society or historical context and are not absolute that is a very fancy way of saying they don't believe in God because the doctrine of knowledge truth and morality originated from God not from the world and culture because culture perverted itself into killing billions of people over the years I once heard someone say oh well atheism never told anything it's only the religious extremism and I didn't know and I was trying to think like doesn't sound right Stalin atheist killed Millions let's see uh uh Eli uh I'm gonna try to add other people because I add you a lot uh thousand dating your third cousin I don't know Eli um I don't know why you would ask that are you having issues with your third cousin or something um your sister it's really weird trying to keep your bloodline pure oh boy yeah relativism it's a fancy way of saying we want to get morality and everything from ourselves and actually was built into the structure of society through God um I'm sure there actually that is a there's a very intellectual debate on that between Sam Harris and Jordan Peterson and they're both very very smart like we consider them two of the smartest people that don't have the Holy Ghost and the whole planet um maybe to ever live it was a cool debate but it was really really really really complicated um what is going on in the cross household I don't know Eli he's struggling with some of the man because you know we cannot he's just messing with this guy so man I would have never thought that so side relief right there save relief they'd be Crossing some lines exactly [Music] um so yeah the guy likes a girl's story I have no idea if he likes her or not these guys are weird we um what are friendships and messages in the message between girls and boys girls and girls boys and boys I don't know not the Divine person if you could have a one-on-one conversation with any preacher pitch slash Pastor who would you pick brother Eddie best school ten times out of ten are there any basketball um yeah but 30 of us could definitely be in adhesive he's really good he had Direct Time with brother Branham I think outside of maybe I'd say if you could see whether any bit of school brother um Billy Paul branded my brother just have had the most time with him so I'd say but out of those three guys those three but the most time with the brand as far as the people that I know about the top of my head the strongest polygamy of Salma have many wives he was a king um he was different back in those days it was more normal back then um I'm sure there's a really good technical doctrinal answer on that but it was it was different back then I mean the king he had to one of the reasons why Eli white Kings had so many wives was to retain the bloodline so they could that's that's one of the issues with Alexander the Great as great as he was um he didn't have enough kids so when he died they couldn't find his son and they just had to kill one kid and then the bloodline's lost so that's why David and Solomon had so many wives it's so that they'd have so many kids so that their bloodline would stay alive so yeah what I'm up with any conversation with any preacher or pastor Pastor I actually like that I would love that um that'd be interesting someone actually said alive with brother Andrew Glover and brother Timothy Pruitt on dating courtship and marriage that could be interesting actually because we've heard them preach about it but having a live where we're having a conversation about it I would just be a moderator I'd probably I'd probably just shut up the whole time because those guys are a lot more a lot more articulate and and uh qualified and people will listen to them more than listen to them more than me Isa okay to hold hands before marriage I'm not holding hands if you rely no matter how much you ask sorry we just can't do anything as far as holding hands go with what your pastor says because each pastor does it a little differently and uh ultimately it depends on whatever your pants just sits really that's what it is um also back then they had so many lives in order to keep peace treaties yeah sorry rejected it's just skinny what's up brother Andrew there's so much just saying if you need to have you with the Timothy Pruitt I'm alive talking about data dating courtship and marriage I told them we've heard a lot of uh a lot of preaching about it but it'd be interesting to have a conversation and someone asked if I could have much I'm sorry not that much oh man okay someone actually had a brother someone asked what makes a girl qualify to marry a preacher there's no qualification married preacher it's different from someone who isn't a preacher though give me like a pastor's a pastor then it's gonna be really hard on you like my mom goes through a lot of stuff you're gonna be critiqued more um you might travel more different churches um deal with more critiques and criticism people look at you under a microscope um well your wife married a preacher but I'm sorry what I've seen from Mom and what I've gathered from um me living my life it's a little bit different there's no qualification very preacher but it'll be different from marrying yeah someone who isn't you'll still face battles but just the battles will be a lot different am I surprised by how much these lives have grew yeah I'm very surprised when I first started I would get about 20 or 30 people watching the stories that I was doing and I was thinking wow that's amazing thank you God because I knew that it was from God these answers not because um not because necessarily that I'm anything special but because I've gone through really hard things my family has done really hard things and my dad and others have counsels us in these things and I knew that you know said that a man that floister into God's omnipotent and if you take the word of God and speak it on your lips it's the same as dhu speaking and um 30 people was a lot and it's like hey that's awesome and then I got to 40 50 100 and by this point by God's grace over after about 24 hours over 300 people watch the stories and I try to uh that's why I take a long time and and I don't answer questions directly and I just avoid some questions entirely is because um I I know that people listen to it for Spiritual advice some of them do some that were qualify but if you if you say what's the Bible or in the message then it's the word of God and you do your best um and uh do you consider yourself an I don't like the what the world's influence I don't know what that means are people influenced by what I say of course because I'm repeating the words of I'm standing on the shoulders of giants you know I'm repeating with people who are amazing do do the views count for partial watches or only if someone plays the whole thing I think it's partial watches too probably um or as far as the stories go I don't know but I've gotten over 50 different people saying they love watching the uh stories so that's cool I don't know who knows on that um but the goal is to help and it also helps me because what else Maggie's been missing and doing I don't have any use so it's not nice to hang out with people talk about things have fun um should I help people like I had a little Olivia on talking about approaching girls and have girls on that are single talking about that and the goal is is to speak about things and provide content and advice for things we don't necessarily always preach from the pulpit because it's not really something that we talk about very often um you know like how to approach girl things like that but yeah could be um it's an honor and privilege and I'm glad people like it um drums in church my opinion honestly drums in church I like charms in church you can obviously do it wrong you can have it way too loud you can have someone that doesn't know the Holy Ghost planet and they're just going old rock and roll style but I happen to like playing the jumps I have my little Bongo when I play that it's perfect for for our church um and as far as drums in church um I'd say it's better to have an electric drum set so you can control the volume better um but you know I've heard a lot of Holy Ghost still drone players and they're all really good like Solomon lafontaine's really good but the Ben Coleman is incredible um Dylan robson's also really good um Caleb just texted me saying he cannot go live tonight okay no worries so um as far as the drums Go I mean like it depends um there's a lot of different things but I see nothing wrong with them now if someone's playing like a rock and roll star then I'm not gonna play in the drums as a song later you know it's it's I I will actually move the mic and I'll sit down and I'll play the Bongos in order to try to create an in a sphere of worship and because it's harder for me to someone and play the drum at the same time and it's worship to God really that's what it all is see who I still have here hey people are still here very cool thank you everybody for because I knew that it was spiritually helpful it was helpful for me it was helpful for others because people were saying thank you and even if one person liked it only one and it was helpful for them it would continue Jesus helpful for me too and I love it it's really enjoyable and it also gives me the platform to show to uh make mistakes say I was wrong do better uh play your craziest beat on the video actually let me check how many views it has right now ironically that one has the most views of anything I've ever posted for some reason I'm not exactly sure why I don't know let's move on my profile go to my reels and find it here and Dodge integrate like the Christian iCarly I never watched like Crowley I don't know what that is um what do you all visualize while you worship visualize um well it depends on the uh it depends on what the worship is like I mean because I saw him read when I'm worshiping and it's very rare for me to actually be in a convocation worshiping um so visualize honesty honestly honestly that's funny honesty so like and by honesty I don't just mean telling the truth I mean being honest with themselves um what caused my Bugatti I have a home in heaven that God Almighty designed for me before the foundation of the world and it is made by the King of Kings and the lord of the Lords where I will live in eternity with my friends my loved ones the greatest Kings and the ones that were that were saved by God Almighty and where I will worship my Lord and Savior for eternity and I'll see my brother that was a Civil War when my parents had him that's the color of my Bugatti so the most important thing besides having The Bachelor of the Holy Ghost is honesty honesty with yourself honesty the things if you if she's doing something wrong and she can't quite say she's wrong then there's nothing more irritating than that like if you if you're talking about something and she she knows that she's wrong and she just hangs up on you and blocks you that's not good [Laughter] so besides the back because the Holy Ghost is honesty and that encapsulates a lot of different things like is she honest when she says oh my parents said this or is she honest when she says oh I just love you so much I've had three three girls tell me they love me and then it wasn't and then when things didn't work out that's how fast they never wanted to talk to me ever again yeah um honesty is super important relationship look for modesty and integrity well honesty encapsulates that if they have the baptism of the Holy Ghost they'll want to look they'll want to be modest not because they're trying to follow a lot but because they love the Lord Jesus Christ honesty someone's lying to me like one time I was talking to a girl and she told me that she wanted to uh become a waitress and she was really sheltered and I was just like that's like the worst idea possible please don't and she actually did that so that I would try to convince her not to because she liked hearing me go on and on and then she told me that after like 45 minutes she told me oh well David I just did that purposely because I uh because I um because I like hearing you on and on and I was like please don't ever manipulate me like that again so did the girl say I love you first um see I think one of them said she left two of them so they liked me first um let's see I'll put this one of the girls like I said I told her that I I think when I was it was like when I was 17 told her that I loved her and she said that she loved me too and she said that she loved me she that she'd loved me for a couple years so who knows um the other one she uh she basically told me before I told her and the other one um she told me first two um so do you think it's okay to make promises to stay with someone that's a good question um make promises to stay with someone without the intention of keeping them no it's not right to make a promise to stay with someone um because you don't know that it's true that's going to happen because any girl that's ever told me that or I'm sorry every single girl that's ever told me that didn't mean it because they didn't other than one relationship in my life all the other ones were ended by the cross parents of the girl that sounds strange but it is more weird than you think actually everything yeah every I've experienced everything from uh you can talk once on the phone on speakerphone with the parents for 10 minutes once every two weeks to uh the mom wouldn't have more private conversations than the girl really weird stuff I've experienced some dumb things so making promises to stay with someone is that okay I wouldn't think so you can say I promise to always you'd be your friend no matter what but I would sway away from that um honestly because it's tough to be friends with someone after you've broken up it's tough um do you think it's okay go someone without a reason I don't think it's okay to ghost someone unless they're being a creep or a bad person I don't think it's okay to ghost someone you need to be honest with them ghosting is a form of laziness and holier than now you think you're better than them so that you just will never talk to them again you need to give them a reason if grow if more girls just say hey look you don't come off on your pages having your life together you don't come off as loving your family or having a good relationship with your mom so I just got to cut you off you're probably a nice guy but you just don't you don't uh portray having your life together enough for me to want to be with you so I no longer want to talk to you God bless you and if there's a real guy he'll just say okay cool God bless you but it's not okay to say I just want to talk to you anymore not give a reason I mean it depends if the guy's a creeper I really think he should give a reason because guys want to be given reasons we want to be better people shouldn't Express I love you too soon red flag you're right they shouldn't I was wrong they did it kind of a question for everyone but I'm curious if y'all believe girls tend to end relationships more than guys uh yes they do because girls control the initial relationship men control the commitment true the girls the girls with this almost the flirting game and they uh the initiation and not the initiation but the continuation of an initiation in communication but the guys can do control with the Nutty Mary sir like yeah it's it's a cool thing ever a lot of guys want to talk to you about how many guys actually want to marry you yeah I got another question I'm not gonna lie I'll be right back someone said the best ways to move on from someone cheated on you I don't have experience on that and I don't have uh I've never heard someone talk about experience of that so I don't know that would be a question for your parents or your pastor because I don't know um I've seen it be girls almost every time uh to end the relationship in my life before but yeah it's usually the girls um because I think you should Define your uh what you want initially hey Ben you got to stop with the dumb comments like that if you do another one like that I'm removing you from the lab um we shouldn't they quote things about guys who use just sell girls bodies just that's not this is a message Believers platform and I don't want that in the life um I think more girls in a relationship than guys because they're considering a lot more aspects of marriage guys seem a lot easier to satisfy as they don't have as many requirements ironically it may Olivia though live from last night already has uh uh 590s wow oh my goodness yeah yeah I missed that one it was almost four hours long it's the longest one so far I was experiencing fomo fomo every time I because we were like people shipping with um Esther and Micah and Gideon Watkins and every time I like brought up Instagram and I saw you were still alive I was like oh my God I want to go run to a room alone just to watch it but I can't she answered the questions she went really really thoroughly she answered how do girls like to be approached her thoughts on raising someone why friends first isn't very possible as a girl with that youth how does she want to be approached by a guy how to go about rejecting a girl how to get your foot in the door when you're stupid girl and a bunch of others wow there's a good stuff yeah yeah I feel like the relationship questions for you are like the most interesting people like to handle most frequently yeah I think people like to hear your opinions on those I've I've honestly a lot of this for me failing a lot and and from watching a lot of guys fill with my sisters like there's a guy that came that really likes it I think I don't forget I remember I don't remember which sister but he was just so in love with this car that she detested him honestly it makes sense with some guys that are obsessed with their cars makes sense so I don't have one I I'm not obsessed well you don't have you don't have a car no oh really so last year when I went crazy paying off debt I paid 7 500 off in three weeks and one of the things I saw was my car and my dad has three cars and I work from home and the only time I travel other than camps is to Taco Bell or a place a mile away and my dad's Toby don't buy a car just use mine save up for a really cool car so I could just buy you know some cheap car whatever but I want to save up and get a really nice one that's a that's pretty valid actually pay off that amount of debt is it like credit card debt or was it um so the debt was uh let's see it was um what I opened after my car and um because I bought it after selling my other car and uh it was not a good decision and then I wrecked it two weeks later and I had to get all that fixed and I had to get admit because I was driving over 120 miles a day for work Oh I thought you were about no it was like an hour hour and 20 minutes away um and they said there I had a bunch of accessories that I bought on installments on ATT accounts I had um let's see what else I owed a Roth IRA some money um a 401k let's see um accessories I owed on the car I owed stuff like that and I said to pay it all off and I had like accrued it and I made a lot of money Last Ship I got Grace but it all went to paying off the stupid debt um I paid it off today and oh yeah I had an iPad Pro it was a two thousand dollar M11 terabyte iPad Pro a 500 Apple watch uh a lot of stuff but I mean it could could be a lot worse so many people are thousands of dollars in debt now yeah the credit card is just through the roof yeah United States so definitely that could have been more hit it off too so that's that's really good I see well thanks just by God's grace and it's because I did wrong so many times and there was a moment where you know you guys know Dave Ramsey there's a moment where I was like you know what I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired I cashed out my phone okay I sold my car I saw my I I bought I paid off my iPad for thirteen hundred dollars and sold it the next day for 850 to get more money faster to pay off debt wow I mean it's a good feeling kind of being able to hit that reset button with that and get back to zero that's that's a really good feeling let's see what did I need a terabyte for John uh because it was a cool number honestly that's why I did that and because you got 16 gigs of frame along with it it was an iPad Pro 12.9 inches I used it for work it was actually a value and I should have kept it but I'm glad I sold it what about you guys on the money thing what do you guys think about the debt and all that speak what do I think about debt yeah um I try to I'd like to stay away from it as as far as possible we try to stay away from debt like we don't have neither of us have car payments or anything like that yeah I mean as far as like getting a loan on a house um I mean you that there's really no way around that to uh yeah unless you pay for it in cash or unless you rent so I mean I would count that as like that's good debt but if for like a car or you know something that's not really something you need it's yeah worse than you can necessity worst thing you can ever do is finance an engagement ring that if you're thinking of doing that get married in a car honestly yeah you can just go on Facebook on something for yeah you know five thousand dollars a good reliable car yeah when I just I was driving a lot I bought my 2005 Buick LeSabre 139 000 miles on it for 750 dollars and I drove at forty thousand I drove at 40 000 miles put a 350 watt sound 350 watt speaker surrounds on Samsung speaker um wired it up to a power inverter I had a GPS for the speedometer because the speedometer bit lights didn't work and I sold it for two grand oh wow what car do you guys have what sorry go ahead I was gonna ask um when you say cool car are you more like fast cars or like four but um so actually I have a really I believe a very educated valid opinion on this because I worked to car dealership for three months a Ford dealership and they wanted me to be Nerdy with the trucks like I was with phones or like with the cars so I drove every single car in a 400 car lot foreign the dealership here in about 10 miles away on I-75 was the one that they were connected to and I drove all of them so I've driven everything from the 60 000 Mustang so 125 000 Lincoln Navigators um I'd say I'm more of a um my dream would be like a Mustang Maki so like a SUV Mustang that's all electric because I don't have to bend my knees to get into it you know I try to climb into it I don't have to climb up climb down I can just kind of you know that's great yeah and uh I like the trucks but they're just so big um the most things are cool but they're not practical and um so yeah like an SUV is probably what I like my favorite was the Lincoln Continental but they discontinued that unfortunately okay not bad that makes sense yeah I had I went through my car phase a few years ago and I was more into like stuff I can take out in the woods one second my mom just texted me good night so I need to go hug her and tell her good night okay that's sweet only real men hug and kiss their moms good night bro's room is so soundproof I know I know I feel like I would go crazy yeah start ripping my hair out my eyelashes can't bend your head against the wall yeah well you'd have to do it on the floor all right back yeah when we first met she had a um uh a four bar and really coolest looking little car man I was trying to build it but my dad made me sell it yeah it was awesome it was a 1997 Suzuki Sidekick um I bought it stock the guy that I had like barely any miles on it for being and it was like in perfect condition and so I got it wrapped your line so that the paint was like kind of that rough thing like the rough material so that you can't you can't scratch it and um my next step was I was gonna get mud terrain tires so I could because it was like stock and it was four wheel drive so you could take it out into the woods and I mean it could climb Hill so I wanted to take it like camping and off-roading and stuff like that but um and then it got like a massive oil leak and my dad just couldn't like see the point in fixing it up and making it like an a full on off-roading vehicle so he made me sell it and just made me buy my mom's car mom's mom car I had a few months albums too yeah but it sucks just are you gonna like buy another one what are you gonna do yeah my I really want a forerunner or like a truck I really like the Tundras or the Tacomas so I might I when we have like enough money because I don't see any but I would love to do that that like eventually go off-roading camping stuff like that with it getting like a rooftop tent that type of thing I got like a cyber truck for that like part for the money part do you like you could use a separate one for that I like I'm not a big I don't really like yeah I don't like the hybrids electric phase where I wanted one I don't know I I definitely like Toyota Tacoma I'm a big Toyota guy so I like I've always just wanted kind of a like a forerunner Tacoma or a tundra why why Toyota that's durable they last forever they're um great if you get an accident don't die yeah and they're just I just like the uh the style and the look of their trucks and they're uh I like that they're just really good for outdoor stuff yeah and you know we just wanna that's what we want to do is just like get taking place be able to go off-road and because they last so long and they're so durable and they're just a really respected company yeah it's like this one the 2024 to come yes oh yeah and that's the interior yeah that's like a dream a dream car for me that's perfect well they go down and cars are going to die in after 70 after five years so you could get it in five years say 10 of 80 grand is like eight to 24 Grand wow wow yeah definitely I I don't unless you're like a millionaire that you can afford to buy cars like that I don't see any point buying a brand new yeah when I was working um for Ford I drew I was driving my 2005 Buick LeSabre keep in mind no AC no heating I would have to buy a little thing that plugged the uh the cigarette lighter and put it there and like just like take the frost off the windows and um bring the blanket so I would be cold and um I had the pop I had the Samsung Sound all that wired up and honestly even comparing that to like the most expensive cars there as the If I Only Had AC that worked in heat I'd honestly be fine because like on honestly the new ones they are very cool but there's such a waste of money a categorical waste of money yeah definitely yeah no David can you buy me the Mustang GTD uh probably not we're not getting comments which phone do you guys have we both have the 12 yeah let me know because if the phone's kind of older is that gonna work as well um it's still a good phone I've sold a lot of those um David do you know why we might not be able to see the comments that are coming in you might need to update the really think that that's a good idea at all yeah send your kids to public school in this like maybe maybe 10 or 20 years ago it would have been fine but if not homeschool if you can afford to private school because that even then I'm talking home is so much better yeah I would prefer homes because you know you can't really get away from it what do you think David what are you what are your thoughts homeschooling all the way there's literally no other conceivable way unless you live where there's a message believer School homeschool because it doesn't matter they're going to throw in document your kids in some way or another and uh like it gives Swim School gives the opportunity to get what school is all about I mean I did 16 uh left 10th 11th and 12th grade in six months because as I hit my games test out of these like if you do well and I did I go to Grace 4.0 you know uh it gives you the opportunity just to finish everything what tea is Zach drinking weird what is this dandelion Zach is drinking dandelion yogurt Clover Zach always makes both of our teeth so I never know what he's drinking cancer well we won't get started on that day then oh my goodness that's funny I got home's going all the way what there's a a healthy soda called lollipop it's so good how much is it what did you say how much is it yeah okay it's a little bit more expensive I think but it's a it's a probiotic soda so it kind of it helps your gut it's really good it sucks caffeine in it huh does it have caffeine I think so uh no I think so I don't think it does I don't think it has sugar either no two to five grams of sugar nine grams of fiber 15 flavors okay yeah very good alternative it's much better than like xevia or like any of those other maybe it's too expensive you know do you like Lipton we don't really drink Lipton yeah I mean it's good it's pretty it's decent the bottled ones that you can buy have a lot of sugar so I wouldn't buy them but I think the tea bags are fine yeah well I won't go into my whole Spielberg [Music] oh okay here's the thing with the ollipop it has 35 grams of or 35 calories of serving and more than one switch to something 35 calories a serving I'm probably gonna drink six to ten in a day depending on the day well uh maybe we can maybe we can do three and then drink some water with some fruit infused instead for Taste what do you think about sparkling water I love sparkling water with all my heart and soul just doesn't have caffeine in it why don't you just switch to that I would actually actually what do you need to what do I need to buy to make that happen uh liquid death sparkling water is really good and where's that other one yeah okay what about if I did sparkling water and then if I need caffeine I'll just drink uh just drink coffee David no David try this is your coffee David David if you want a lot of caffeine I highly recommend if not coffee black or green tea black tea is really it's really good iced or hot you can put a little bit of creamer in it and it is so good and it's like a little good kid one of the reasons why is probably because of the way my brain my body works with the intermittent fasting if I try to drink coffee even if like I like Starbucks but I can't drink it very much because if I drink something that isn't carbonated early in the morning when I get up it'll come back up and I'll throw it up oh well you that might be a good sign that you either might need to drink more water or enzymes digestive enzymes if you have that issue with throwing stuff up it's just going to be down syndrome or something no it might take your downtime I don't think that's possible I've had it for a long time to go to buffets now like Golden Corral oh my gosh I'm still embarrassed about that um no actually we I haven't been to a buffet in a very long time yeah years honestly because that kind of freaked me out because everybody's you know I mean I don't really care but I just prefer not to sweet tea is then I'll go I'll go prefer to what do what you said you prefer not to not to do what go to Buffet yeah what the failures are loved but phaser life man the phase is the greatest I love the face with all my heart and soul why do you not like buffets why do we not like well I like all you can eat places where they bring out the food and you pay a set price but you order it and they bring it out but when it's just all displayed like that I can I've seen like little kids digging their hands and they think their fingers and their noses ears and pick them in their boogers and then digging their hand in for some sushi and chicken and strawberries we're grabbing the cookies all over the food I would rather pass on the whole life from a toddler so if you go to Buffet so you're saying is if you go to Buffet make sure and like you know go there before the toddlers get there but there's no way to know so I would just rather go to all you can eat where they bring the food out and no one else other than people yeah even if it might be and the quality of the food is just lower to me that's what you prove your food though problem solved well well yeah agree to disagree [Laughter] like Korean barbecue your own food at the table no what is that sounds delicious it's so good uh we have one near Korean Q and basically what they do is they spray it's the majority of the menu is just Meats like steak and you know just Korean some things and they bring the meat raw to you already like getting everything to your table and you have a stove in the middle of the table and you just put your own meat on there and cook it yourself and um it's delicious by the time you're done you're so full from all the steak you have like the meat sweaty high it's so good it feels delicious this one's incredible so it's amazing all over what I know they have them all over but it's called different by different names it is really expensive though for us it's like sixty dollars without a tip because it's like thirty dollars a person but like you're getting well worth what you're paying because you're ordering like depending like I think we went with Mike panuguay one time and I know for a fact that man ordered like more than 200 worth of stuff yeah right I've never I've never seen these so much then he didn't even talk he was literally just ordering food over and over and over again and just eating it silently yeah imagine a sit-down restaurant that makes you pay to cook your own food I don't have to spend money on the mistake at the store so it's worth it someone else have ever been to a Brazilian steakhouse have you guys ever been to one yes yes I've been to one in Charlotte for like a prom I think when I was in high school and it was really good we're Brazilian yeah Brazilian steakhouse no I've never been to Brazilian actually I've been to one we have one hour away called Brazil's and like you pay I think it's like 32 or 52 dollars to get like 52 different kinds of meat and like you have a little disc and if it's red if you turn it over and put on the table is red it'll bring you nothing if you put a screen they'll bring you fried pineapples a bunch of different kinds of meat already cooked and they'll slice onto your plate and you have little tweezers they give you to grab the meat after they slice it off put it on your plate and then they bring like eight different sides and you pick which side you want for the rest of the evening it is so good I dropped my fork and three seconds later someone was there to pick it up oh wow I've never had to ask anyone for a refill because I had like eight different people to bring my refills really fast it was amazing it was like 90 but it was amazing oh yeah I love good in case you can't tell from I post on my story that I cook I love good food she makes me not even want to eat it I assume that actually what's what's the best thing that she makes sac oh that's a good question that's a good question probably oops yeah I make good ribs Wings yeah sure her wings are incredible but yeah Wings ribs are probably about to talk to interesting about Burgers did you make burgers I make them on the cast iron so they get like that really good yeah like I don't know what I was about to say anyway like crust or yeah yeah like it really it gets like a good charred flavor what's the best like what do you like me with seasoning or how exactly do you make the burger so the Burger um I always try to buy grass-fed I just like the flavor better and it's just better all cows are grass-fed okay no that's not what's the difference what's the difference lower quality or like cheaper beef it's from grains at GMOs lots of hormones but if you it says grass-fed or grass-fed finish is even better there's only there it's what it says they're only eating grass and that's actually really harder to find because the government wants the farmers to they pay the farmers more if they bring and don't let them kind of graze pastures that makes sense but for beef pretty much like anytime I make beef whether it's like steak or short rib or burgers or meatballs I use it's called Montreal steak seasoning and it's really cheap but it just oh my God it gives the meat I don't think I use anything else I think I just use that and it's really really good and then I either use ghee or avocado oil and I just fried them up and I mean they it gives them a really good flavor sweet I feel like I feel like I used to like make a tick tock that's it yeah that's the one I use that for beef and it is it is really really good yeah that stuff's delicious yeah all right it'll be here Thursday sweet that's awesome does she make a dish better than your mom oh that's a good question Zach did she cook better than your mom um my mother-in-law is such a good cook she really is she really is I I'm not yeah I'm gonna say they are equally they are equally yeah yeah my mother I wouldn't never want Zach the say that okay I ordered that uh the spices okay Lily we think of this the way I cook the burger so when I cook it I get the beef and I smush it down as much as I can and I put salt and pepper and then like form it into the ball and cook it in avocado oil and then I add garlic which I want to get some um thyme I don't have that yet but I get the garlic and put it in there smush it put it in there and then a little bit on each side flip it around whatever and then I add butter and like baste it and then put the cheese on top and it melts it and put the lid on it and then serve it yeah honestly that's pretty much pretty what I do except seasonings sometimes I might add red pepper flakes or parsley or like oregano just if I want an extra flavor but same thing I squish it really as loud as I can with my hands and then I make sure like they're outside but they always still turn out really juicy um I've never basted them though that's that's a little fancy that's a little extra for me but maybe I'll try it I got some Gordon Ramsay it's the one that does it so yeah I did that um if I remember in person with any of you guys I will make you food if you take me to Walmart and like buy this stuff it doesn't cost that much I'll make food I'm not I'm not gonna be as good as people's lives it'll work you know you know it's calorie consumption at this point yeah Mike comes over a lot of food but he will literally go to the store and like buy ingredients he loves my banana bread and he will tell him well I don't have enough ingredients to make banana bread when you come over he will really go and he'll ask me what I need to go buy it just so I can make the banana bread he's done that before yeah wow banana bread is divine it is the way into it gets sore it really is we love banana bread yeah yeah banana Bread's awesome his mom was like I told my mom I was gonna go get like there's a place in town called Henry's and they have uh bread pudding she's like no don't do that don't do that we uh we've got um we have we'd rather have banana bread and banana pudding I'm just like yeah it was delicious everyone's saying if they would if I made an account where I just cooked they would watch it the thing is I like I don't know how to like edit videos and I'm like every time I cook I have a moment of like chaos where I think I'm going to ruin everything and then it always turns out really good but I don't want people that so I I just know I'd end up sweaty and like just saying um a lot plus the equipment like get good lighting because the lighting in my kitchen is just horrible it's just it stresses me out but I might one day maybe if we move somewhere with a nicer kitchen and better lighting I might start an account that's what I think people would like that more because like it's more relatable and it's it doesn't look so perfect you know no really you could totally do it you're just making excuses you could completely do it you don't need to listen you don't need to edit a thing people don't watch cooking videos necessarily for the cooking to watch for the personality and if you separate yourself emotionally from people watching what they think and just do it and just go forth as if no you can do it as if no one's watching yeah you a lot of people will love it because it's not the cooking it's more you and it's your kitchen and you make amazing things from a from a from a weird kitchen or whatever make it incredibly you you record it you don't need to edit anything just join Instagram live and then post it people will watch people will love it I might do that because I've thought about starting like a like a an Instagram just for like health and wellness stuff because that's like I just I I absorb so much information about that stuff I'll be your first testimonial if you do that and you make a cooking channel I will stop drinking diet coke can be a testimonial and I'll switch to something else if it gets you to do that I'll do it okay that's probably the most convinced Vince has told me I might I might actually yeah you're tempting me because I'm close I'm pulling the trigger on one of these uh sparkling water makers they're like only like 58 bucks so we might actually do it that's so funny if it makes anybody feel better that's commenting because Sharon said it would make me feel like I could actually cook what you're making if it makes you feel any better before we got married I really didn't touch like I would make like a breakfast every now and then like just some and I was so scared when we got married because I knew like um okay well this man is gonna be at work all day I'm gonna be the one to cook every day I'm gonna have to come up with meals to make every single day that is so stressful so that was a big like struggle for me because I felt like I wanted to like impress him even though I didn't cook a lot so all of these meals that I post a lot of them were like my first time making them and I've just kind of learned from there and just figured out recipes that I really liked even if they seemed really intimidating to me I just I had the mindset of like if I master that and I make it real if I make it taste really good it's gonna make me feel really good about myself I had no idea what she loved until we go I didn't I had kids I've never done it before yeah she shocked me a little bit and it was pretty cool it was a nice surprise yeah it was a nice surprise for me too yeah so you can do you guys can literally do it cooking is not as scary as it seems and it saves so much more money than like eating out all the time and you feel so much better from eating home-cooked meals makes a huge difference and it saves so much yes and it makes sense you get a lot of compliments from your Premiere I come up with myself about my cooking I think it's divine the best what I made a while back was the uh bacon wrapped Burgers delicious I've never tried that I've done like yeah I've done bacon wrapped asparagus and that was really wrong I didn't do that to bacon why would you do that to bacon oh man like you can do like uh you know you know like a Heaven music in Hell or something that's like the worst you can do that is a crazy comparison that's foreign like it's just like a it's like a chaser I guess for the medicine homemade cinnamon rolls yet no but I have like four homemade cinnamon roll recipes okay here's an idea that I had gotten for like my own Instagram channel to try with cook or make with cooking is I have so many tabs like I have a folder in my Instagram of Saved posts just recipes that I want to try I think like 200 recipes I want to try and I thought how cool would that be if I made an account just of like each each post just being a new recipe that I have it saved in my folders to try I just thought that was kind of like the website what did you just say I'm sorry in the comments what did you just say no I said that uh what did I say I said that um I thought it would be a cool idea if I started like an Instagram account for cooking of trying like each post is trying a new recipe of um one that I have saved my recipes folder like I have like 200 recipes that can change the quality later and yes I agree I could eat asparagus asparagus I've never actually eaten asparagus that I remember most recently I have no idea how it tastes so I've heard that it makes your pee smell weird and I think it's just because like flushing all the gross stuff out of your body through your pee but I think it's nasty you have to make it a certain way for it not to be nasty uh yeah I love it personally but I haven't tried it recently texts are pretty good I want to try enoki mushrooms so bad oh my goodness I just don't know where I buy them I don't know where y'all are getting them okay what about oh yeah so like when it comes to uh like SodaStream makes burgling water this is their nutrition facts is any of these things bad it doesn't have aspartame it's all that uh citric acid is from black mold natural natural flavor that's a red flag of an ingredient for me because I've read that when something says natural flavor that is basically like poster of 90 ingredients that they could have in there that they are not they're not um they're not obligated to tell you about so if it says natural flavor you have no idea so try sodium citrate I don't know what that is sucralose kills all of the bad uh or it kills all of the good bacteria in your gut so it ruins your gut health a sulfame I don't know what that is sodium benzoate isn't great pretty much most of those ingredients aren't very good for you sorry that's awesome cool that's just the flavoring for the stuff with the sparkling water that they have I'm sure that's a really healthy one I'll be careful with Sparkling Waters now yeah there it is yeah they will sneak bad ingredients in there that's very true I mean it's sparkling water so you're not going to think about it you're just gonna be like oh you know it's just it's just water I will say David I know like I know kind of looking at it as like oh eating healthy and I'm cutting out all the things I like and it it kind of sucks when you look at it that way but when you kind of like I used to look at it too and then I started eating home and kind of cutting out things because I have eczema and also on top of that when I turn 20 I just started I started experiencing like really severe fatigue just constantly being so tired I felt like I was going to pass out and didn't want to do anything and I noticed that when I changed the way that I ate and I was more careful about like foods and stuff and I was putting in my body my Eczema got that my bloat I would have horrible gut issues just stomach issues and those all went away um and on top of just like feeling so much better and having so much energy it honestly like changed though instead of like looking at food as like a diet or a restriction I looked at it as I'm gonna eat only foods that I know are nourishing me because I want I want to know what's in this food that's going to make me feel better or nourish my body so I kind of started eating differently just to nourish my body and I mean I'm talking about like a crazy difference in the way that I felt and so that's when it kind of if you look at it more that way I think it's much easier to kind of make those switches okay if you make your health Channel and your cooking channel I'll be your first recipient will change everything fine I'll think about it honestly one of the things that holds me back from it is like it's a complete plan like yeah like if someone just says I just want you to eat you know eat beef and lettuce or whatever it's like as exciting as that is I'd almost rather just starve myself and eat more of what I like than to do anyone you should not be listening to I'm just saying that's just more of the exaggeration there's not like hey don't eat that but hey here's the complete diet where you can actually like you love cheeseburgers at Henry's here's their substitute each way to eat a cheeseburger that's better is where to eat pizza that's better and all these different things that you love yeah that's a good point I'm like a big advocator of no not one diet for everybody and I I'm like kind of anti-diet because of that because if it's like a fat or it's like oh people think that keto is going to work for everybody I completely disagree with that based on the research that I've done that proves that I think that as long as you're eating whole nourish kind of staying away from packaged process stuff that you don't know what's in it because it is true like our government's trying to poison us with our food and water I that's like a that's a fact and I think that if you just focus on eating Whole Foods like just really good quality meat locally fruits and vegetables even though it's expensive it's it's a good investment because you're investing in your own health so you don't have diseases later on in life that will require more money than just worrying about what's putting in your body and I know like even he's felt so much better from just eating less processed foods and just kind of going back to them for eating 100 years ago yeah it's weird like you don't really notice how food affects you mentally because this is how you're living like day-to-day life so it's just normal to you but as soon as you switch your diet and you start eating salty or you start eating Foods it's like Everything Changes you know your mind becomes more at least this is what happened to me like I just had like foggy brain a lot and I found it hard to focus a lot like a certain times uh um without like caffeine but then once I switched my diet and she started um you know healthier using like organic ingredients it completely uh change and then a magnesium too that's also the thing is people the whole United States is deficient in magnesium yeah or you know most at least um and I started taking that more and completely changed the way I felt Sharon asked it's awesome what do you guys think about how Ryan has been a trend lately I don't think I don't think diet should be trendy and I if it works for some people then sure but everybody's body is different yeah I mean I know Jordan Peterson does that and you know it's like it's worked out really well for him and he's talked really highly of it but they might help him it might not help somebody yeah yeah like what Lily said yeah they just saw a pencils on the person like I know that there's an optimal way sorry when sometimes whenever you're like at the end of a sentence it cuts out and it's completely silent I don't know why it uh does that um um but like I know there's opt there's so when anyone tries to do literally anything there's always a highly optimal way to do it what I've learned though through actual life is it doesn't matter what works what's effective the goal is weight loss for me yeah and I've tried like I actually ate all meat and veggies for a week and I gained six pounds and I was I exercised five times I preached on Wednesday I did Taekwondo on Tuesday I did tennis on Monday tennis on Thursday Taekwondo on Friday you're probably five also yeah it was a lot um but yeah you're right it's probably muscle but I was almost 270 pounds so I want to lose more weight so intermittent fasting has actually worked by God's grace yeah what was yours you're getting jacked yeah I see um I let's see all I ate today was at lunch and at um um the Mexican restaurant we had this like burrito or with meat and tomatoes and beans and rice and lettuce and sour cream it's really good and crab meat that sounds really good it seems delicious did you have any what not gonna lie questions that they still haven't answered yet let's see okay all right I'll reveal to the whole world um so before twt I had someone text me pretending to be Jordan Morse telling me that they are proud of me for texting what doing what I did with the Cade and they're apologizing and everything and then they revealed themselves to George Morris and then now on this live they interesting so somebody impersonating yes somebody texted me saying I'm proud of you for doing this certain certain thing and wouldn't say they were then I figured out are you this person or this person I said Jordan Wilson like yeah I'm her and then uh they wouldn't want to talk on the phone they wouldn't want to do anything I didn't even ask them that but then they stopped texting me and I was just like okay why are you texting me though like seriously um then someone put in the knock life would you be mad if I told you that girl that told you she was proud of you for doing this wasn't the girl she said she was and I'd be like like what I've met and just annoyed just be honest you know yeah I understand prolong but I mean be honest and straightforward yeah it's been pretty wild with people were sympathetic towards like I I at least I think like the vast majority I think other people were just like you like they were just being egged on probably yeah a lot of people a lot of people most of the people enjoy your lives oh yeah definitely um yeah cool it's it's a great that you're doing because it's it's bringing a lot of people together you know and we can all talk and make friends like we're on the live now and we can just interact with other people oh that's great it's awesome yeah it was hard of me when they asked those things because people send in questions initially I made the mistake of thinking people wouldn't just lie because when they said by God's grace out my daughter never steps in the same buildings or whatever I thought it was an actual Dad um some people like oh I'd say a good third of the questions I don't even submit because they're just really you don't even want to say the words on them like yeah I would send you some maybe one of them so you would know what I mean but like sometimes one of the reasons why it seems so irritated or almost angry replying on the stories is because someone says something really really dumb on there yeah it's just people messing with you and it's it's childish yeah it's one of me because I'm genuine I think that people are actually asking me these things and I want to give it all my heart and soul then they twist it and it's hard yeah yeah and I think something I pick up about you is that you have like not extreme opinions but you you know where you stand on a lot of issues and because of that I think it makes people want to kind of like egg you on and kind of push you to see what they can get you to get you to say and provoke you you know just to kind of give them themselves something to laugh about you know messed up and it was like I I know when people are doing it too like my job is to change my tonality so when someone is trying to do that and even if they're on the live with me if they change it to this like when they ask David do you think that as Christians we should be consuming things with witchcraft like Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings that wasn't Elaine K there was actually someone that submitted a question for them but it's just a vice of completely another way it was only designed for what you said it was basically pretty much yeah yeah exactly it's just it's kind of I think a lot of people too want to like kind of trap you into being inconsistent with something you said before like that's so much I was even telling Zach that like that gives off like it's showing that they're very influenced by the cancer culture that we have now to the point where they want to like bring it in the message to try to cancel people in the message because they don't like the things that they're saying under pressure so I I think that's a spirit honestly that's why I haven't stopped um I mean honestly but the thing is like they they thought they like I'm happy to mess up that's why I made like someone said after the live when I kicked Kate off and all that and said I was wrong someone said I came off as insincere my apology and I was like okay watch this and then actually did it because if we can't say like you know what yeah I was wrong I need to get better on that then what in the world are we doing like statistically it's just gonna happen why would you bother you like yeah absolutely obliterated my ego and I had to do that but ironically it has more views than anything else and a lot of people say hey I respect you more since you did that so yeah and that's great that's a lot to I mean you did like you said you did like five lives that week one after the other and they were each like two or three hours long that's like 15 hours worth of like putting yourself in front of a camera and saying things off the cuff and I don't I don't understand I think if anyone else were to do that they would probably mess up like you know especially with that many people egging you on they would make mistakes it was uh it was that and I was starting a new job so there's that pressure and I was helping my brother-in-law or something so within five days I worked about 65 hours yeah yeah and so I had all the different things than I had people that took what I said about Lauren Daigle and said that I was calling her prostitute this person yeah it's kind of the point where I break where they take people only listen to once the one thing that you say and ignore the rest of like the last five minutes before that yeah and you're you're like how did this life start well basically I I was unemployed and I had a bunch of time in my hands and uh people said I decided to knock on I think Cooper are doing it and then I was disappointed by people because I noticed people that do them don't talk they just protect stuff and that's as wonderful as that is it's not engaging a whole lot of Engagement so I was like why don't I just talk people like talking so I tried that and then people really liked it by God's grace there's a lot of things and then people there was trolls and things like that and then um went to camp and then after at the camp some girl got hurt and she was crying a whole lot so in public so I wouldn't be appropriate for me to message her she was like 15 or 14 or something so I talked about on the life she knew who she was she was watching so her and her dad probably texted me saying thank you that was really encouraging please don't stop doing these and then there's haters and there's people saying hey don't listen to the haters please keep on going and it was occupying my time with something right and so I continued because um it's better and even if one person's helps then I went to twt and I by God's grace has been a bunch of people really enjoying it and it's a way of me to connect people because I don't have youth where I live and um it makes it where people are I guess we're gonna do this so we're gonna remind us to scroll through reels or what's the clean show we can try to watch on Netflix without you know we have to skip this we have to ignore that because whatever or we can um we can uh try to uh try to listen to a podcast but ignore this cuss word or you know that cuss words I'll ignore this document ignore this and it's like you know what but the brand said looking at the if I can drink this instead of eating I will lose weight I mean yeah because the cancer-causing chemicals in this drink will cause me to think that I'm full maybe when I'm not that's why I drink it that's terrible be careful I know it's just worse right but it's better than eating no yeah we'll be here the rest of the night what about these this is a bucked up oh I used to take that pre-workout those will give you a heart attack and please that was my favorite to drink though David please I just need something waking up in the morning honestly to start work coffee David coffee it'll come back up David listen very carefully please don't drink that stuff on an empty stomach and if you haven't drink water when you wake up first thing drink a big glass of water eat a high protein and then put that stuff in your stomach you're gonna mess up your I can't do the uh the the breakfast part because I'll throw it up and because I'm doing the diet but I can do I'll do the water park it's gonna dehydrate you even more and then that putting that much caffeine in your body with it not being able to work off any food at least like some bread or something that's how you mess up your hormones really really bad okay cool yeah sick um in this area another cool question here oh someone says what are your thoughts on Clash Royale I know there are some questionable characters in that game is it okay to play such a game using those characters yeah I mean Zach's been trying to get it I've literally been trying to get her to play with me okay join the claim if you're playing it join McLean I have my own class I'm like the later uh but I I had someone again you what I really honored that much but I don't even play that much as much as I used to but I played for over seven years and I have half my cards maxed wow okay so Sharon said I used to not be able to eat breakfast because I got nauseous but once I started forcing myself to I felt so much better if I ate that's actually true I um go to a naturopath like a natural holistic doctor and she told me you get nauseous early in the morning when you try to eat if you just push past that and just make yourself eat breakfast because she said the best thing you can do is eat a high protein breakfast that is how you support your hormones you feel great for the rest of the day and it's okay if you don't eat as much for dinner but breakfast you have to prioritize especially with a lot of protein because it actually believe this believe it or not David if you eat a high protein bread it keeps you full and suppresses your appetite for the rest so it's actually much better in losing weight that way and it's and it's better for you but if you push past being nauseous and you just eat anyway that feeling and you eventually start feeling really really good at eating breakfast and nourishing so if I eat like a steak or a pork chop or some eggs that'd be good yeah it's protein yeah yeah because you're a man you have different hormones than women do you have to support them okay that's very true Sharon that's a really good point Sharon um with what Olivia said she said I don't think you have to eat breakfast at a certain time I just think when you eat which breaks your fast for the first time it should be a protein packed meal yes and no I've done a lot of research on that you should be eating within an hour of waking up to support your hormones and your blood sugar levels um within an hour or less of waking up some people say 45 minutes but I like slower mornings So within an hour or less of waking up this is our this is our first born our first child David oh I'm sorry uh this took me a different monitor that's really good boy girl what's the name it's a girl her name is Millie she's one shot oh I actually birthed her what yeah what do you mean birthed her I don't think that's possible and now she's like do you like Comfort the mom what was having the the cat or what no we got her like uh uh three months after four months yeah we adopted her yeah she doesn't have a tail she has like a little nub yeah why why'd you guys cut off the tail we didn't when we adopted her they said that when they put a really tiny kitten she had an infection in her tail so she had they had to amputate it so she has a tiny little nub and she twists it a lot and she'll like take if she gets really mad at us that's really weird yeah no yeah do it Sharon she's also really abusive to us turning him into a cat person until we got one or I got one you know like right before I got married and it completely changed me you have to just find that cat you know because there are certain cats that are just horrible and they're good with them and then you'll meet one that's just perfect and yeah you know this changes your perspective do you guys hear the story about the cross's dog no is it gonna make me cry a dog I don't know if you want to hear this story I don't uh the cross is struck me out you know what I could find the exact part of live where you can just hear him talking about it actually um they had a dog that ate its own kid oh wow that's crazy and then and you know one of those you wonder concerned with what's the most effective because everyone can always do things more effectively ever everyone can always do something in a way that would be more successful or be healthier but what's the goal toy loss and if you can lose weight by doing certain things do that certain thing if the goal is to lose weight lose weight you know if I want to take longer exercise more lose more weight whatever else um also can you correct something Eli said the other night yeah you can if you want to join and do you want to join correct it Olivia that's totally fine if you want to do what one pound of muscle is not heavier than one pound of fat he said that he made maybe he was referring to how big the actual structure of it is and how much space it takes up in your gut because a pound of anything is not heavier than a pound of anything it's going to be the same thing because it's a pound maybe that's oversimplifying it but I know a pound of fat might take up more space on your stomach than a pound of muscle one pound of stolen pound muscle is just leaner than fat so therefore smaller and less Mass okay yeah I think yeah then I was right it's just it's just more about the mass than the thing there could be way many probably did he's actually really good at that stuff he works out he does a bunch of different stuff he beat me in one-on-one basketball never again I will crush him the main factors of that is um drinking diet soda because I'll do that instead of eating because just don't drop calories too low too quickly your body will go into starvation mode and actually hold on to Fat cut calories gradually okay thanks Ben um next I I watched a video on YouTube where a guy said um that they compared this is how your body processes foods and sugars and they compared a a group of people um who were drinking water versus drinking diet coke in our diet sodas and the people that drink diet sodas lost more weight than people that drink water because that soda gives you the illusion or the feeling of eating something when you're not or having calories when you're actually not I mean it's just like logically if you have so if you're drinking something with no calories it doesn't matter if you drink 5 000 gallons a day you won't gain weight because it's circular or it's you know if that makes sense I'm sure there's other different intricacies and different ways of approaching it that I have not looked at but that makes sense to me let's see here someone I said someone asked about dying the other day they asked um it was actually a really good question let me find that question they asked they asked um if you knew that in one year I'd love to join again hopefully in the future I don't know exactly what type I could discuss the movie I think of something if you want to if you knew that in one year you would die suddenly would you change anything about the way you are now living why uh if I was dying a year um it's actually a good question I was gonna die if I knew I was gonna die in a year suddenly what would I change by the way I'm living and why in a year um it's a really good question okay myself I'll give you guys my thought process I don't think I'd want to just travel all over the world because I would want to spend time with the people I love um eat some really fun food uh maybe I might even try to get into really good shape get a six-pack the hardest thing on my body and on my mind that I've ever done but uh I love it it's the greatest honor of my life I'm kind of camera shy at the moment but would love to join one day brother yeah if don't get about funerals or at least I get it but I don't want it in my funeral if people when people sing specials at my funeral clap I don't want people to just like oh well I just want to I'm so sad that he's lost and we'll sing songs and they'll be amazing but no one will clap no sing songs and clap when people are done with the special I don't care if it's a funeral clap I want um as far as preaching goes dad can preach it or we can have um I'd love to have actually because here's what I want actually you know what this is what I want for my funeral oh what my funeral it's been my funeral but I wanted to be certain I wanted to be a weekend of services so Friday Saturday Sunday Friday night service Saturday night service Sunday morning and Sunday night service here's why because my family my uncle's an aunts and my cousins and others that are not in the message we'll go to this funeral and I want them to hear from my dad with Joe Adams the Trevor eamond about the message of know what they're going to want you to buy when you go into the stores I know with little letters at the bottom of that very protective mean but what they say and I bet that I can help in that way um what would be the this is an interesting question um what would be the title of the book about you if your worst enemy wrote it I'd be the devil um is himself interesting I'll do two different answers to that so uh if it was about my worst enemy which would be me I would say what would the title be um where do you get the shirt honestly Thomas I have no idea where I got this shirt in my in my in my earbuds are not to get anything brand new that is the worst thing you could possibly do the best budget earbuds are ones that cost a lot a couple years ago so the Galaxy buds plus a few years ago these were like 175 dollars and you can buy them on eBay and they're incredible earbuds for 35 and you say oh well who is this person that that is that uh eBay is a scam or whatever this person has sold approximately 119 335 items and it's a 99.5 percent positive feedback um it's got stupid plus they're a few years old but they were 175 dollars I believe when they were first released and I sold them I think they're like 100 yeah 175 and they're incredible earbuds they have an 11 hour battery life in each earbudding like a 30 hour battery life once you keep them in the case so they're really really good don't ever buy anything brand new when it comes to earbuds please don't be stupid if you do return them when you can these are the top of the line to get something as good as this you'd have to spend 150 200 brand new so buy that instead it's just so much better than to spend all your money on a pair of earbuds for 35 for 35 you're gonna get um actual garbage with a nice sticker on it that's what gar that's you get for 35 at Walmart here this is a hundred and they are 150 and they were released you can get another ones see um do you put any effort into thumbnails of the videos no I don't I just whatever the thumbnails that it generates I do sometimes I'll try to get the I'll try to scroll through and find where the guest looks a little appealing like I tried to do with Olivia's live but she I couldn't find one where we both like she would look great then I would look terrible or whatever else or some other blurry and I was just like you know what who cares it was my dad um did I always want to be a Salesman no I wanted to go I wanted to go play the uh I wanted to go play in the NBA that was the job that I wanted to uh to do I'm still working for ATT no I'm not but I did it for like three and a half years so I have the most knowledge about those things um yeah guys one last question I'll do it so Olivia can't ask it because she's asked a ton um Caitlyn Jody Austin JP lmb Thomas whatever you guys think um well there's one piece of advice you give to someone starting out in your career um as far as starting out your career figure out what you like doing and then do that and do it with everything within you and uh use YouTube a lot for how to do stuff better instead of trying to figure it out just go to YouTube see gotta go prepare some drywall uh huh I don't get the chokers maybe I'm just a time to get the joke I don't know depend comment is a bunch of really good sermons that people recommended before they left and for girl love you and your parents don't is that the question I wouldn't be um if a girl love you and your parents don't well that's an easy answer it's more about why why do they not like you what happens okay sure if what happens if a girl loves you but your parents don't why does the girl love you and why do your parents not like you so if parents don't like you why is there a are you do you have your house do you have your life in order do you uh have a relationship with God do you have ill intentions if you have your life in order your relationship with God you have the whole seal the Holy Ghost you make and you make enough money to provide I don't and they don't have a legitimate reason for for not liking you then then I'll probably get their Pastor involved let's see what's the best advice you can give for a guy stuck in the airport for 15 hours watch the live so we got a bunch of them on there um sleep I guess uh go uh here's what you could do um exit uh steady the entire airport like it depends what what airport are you in by the way whatever airport it is um to study the airport be like a tourist you know discover stuff better than how much your budget is too but yeah man uh but the thing with the girls parents yeah you could legitimately ask your parents straight forward like why don't you like me but bro if you have no debt and you have your life in order you can provide per family immediately and you have the Holy Ghost you have a pastor you have you have a car you have where you could you logistically could um marry tomorrow then they don't have a spiritual reason why you gotta ask them about it get their ask the pastor about it but if you don't have your life in order and you couldn't marry her tomorrow then that gives you your answer Detroit Metropolitan all right well what's cool at Detroit Metropolitan all right so a layer over the trailer part um there's lounges there's a light tunnel there's a spa um they have places where you can sleep have fun on Earth is the airline not offering you a hotel room because they're money hungry probably I guess um who else do we have in here still okay do you have any questions if you have one if you want I've music by God's grace my goal is to convey who I am through these lives um what's the meaning of life for you good good question let me grab another drink before I answer this so that I can get a little bit of extra juice so I answered all right that will be the last question what's the meaning of life in me so I was at brother Howard Carroll's first brother Jonathan Tyler's now but he uh he was the pastor then and he's preaching he said one of the purposes of life is to reproduce God live a life and to have children and that's why God created us is to reproduce himself like for me is to make myself into the strongest Warrior possible have fun travel and basically live life for others and help as many people as possible um meaning a left for me is to remove as much pain from people's lives as I can so these lives even if they're not the most entertaining at the most best if they can take away the um the time that people would spend on Netflix or YouTube or whatever else and spend it here a sticking with pain from their lives so taking pain away finding the love of my life that's what I want to do and people say oh you come up as desperate I'm really not that means that you think that it like desperation means uh I would say I would understand why people would say that based on the definitions defined by by uh by concepts of looking at things that are usually normal when you have a big youth group or something like that but um like with me was the meaning of being desperate is feeling that you have no hope and are ready to do anything to change the best situation you're in like no I understand what God wants me to do and I don't have no hope I know God will if God give me a desire it'll be and what I will focus on is continuing to serve God the best that I can so um the meaning of life for me trying to love my life help as many people as possible preach this gospel this message with everything within me so when I say I'm a preacher I'm not saying it's some big strenuous some big glorious thing I'm not a popular preacher so it's actually a hard it's hard on me it's it's the most depressing suicidal thought invoking thing I've ever done in my entire life and I would never stop live a sermon so many love for me live a sermon reproduce God when you have kids find the love of your life remove pain from people's lives and make yourself into something that people want to be like have a really cool job invest yourself entirely be one to say you're wrong when you're wrong and be honest be true to yourself don't put on fake I said I do my best for these lives is don't be fake I I can tell when someone's being fake and I hate it with all my heart and soul and we respect that answer well thanks again I appreciate it don't be fake do everything you can to or maybe not the meaning of life I guess just do everything you can to fight what Satan wants you to do be a living testimony and fight like I know this is weird but I don't want the Rapture to happen right away I enjoy falling and getting back up and disappointing the devil and I won't get to continue doing that in heaven I won't you know don't want to get married and have kids and raise them up in the ammunition of the Lord I won't get to do that in heaven I won't get to fight the devil in heaven because it's already been defeated and that's great and everything I am looking forward to it but I enjoy the fight I enjoy the suffering not for the self suffering of itself or the pain but for the value that it gives you why was getting this new job by that's Grace that pays a lot that's Grace I'll just say that um to where my wife just I don't have to worry about money that's why I don't care if she works um why was it valuable it's because I lost my job in April and it was hard on me and for a while I couldn't fall asleep until six or seven o'clock in the morning because I had nothing else to do the next day and it was really hard on me and then I got the new one and take everything so fight that's that's the meaning of life for me is to fight live a sermon reproduce God get married have kids raise them up the way the guy wants them to be raised up and make them into and you know approach this crazy hard thing of life where you never know if something's happened or your your older brother is just going to die or other things and take that pain that Satan throws at you and they're and turn it into victory that is the meaning of life there is there's no Victory without pain that Caitlyn Barrett is stronger than anyone else in some ways because of what she went through with her little brother or with her big brother I think it was a big brother pain why am I the way I am because I went through some really hard things like you know Joe Rogan I respect him but I hate the cusses but one thing they said I do agree with he said people that are strong very rarely You're Gonna Know do they have not ever gone through hell and that's what I've gone through in many ways so the meaning of life take away the Satan throws at you and fight him I'll miss disappoint the devil in heaven because I love it I will fail I'll make mistakes I'm not perfect guys there's stuff I don't want anybody to know but I will never stop fighting ever I will preach this gospel with everything within me people are spiritually the best by these lives I don't care if I mess up and everybody hates me socially if one person's helped I will not stop be true to yourself give everything give every day and every time everything you've got and when you go when you don't prepare to a meaning of life too is don't prepare not to fall prepare for what you're going to do after you fall because you're just gonna fail it's gonna happen like after the camp I'm you know I wish I could tell people hey don't prepare never to fail again prepare for what you're gonna do after you fail I could do in probably an entire four hour live on what the meaning of life is for me or what it should be for people but find Jesus something I've left I guess I left out but that's a given because I already have biogas Grace but find Jesus he is the ever spreading life and be balanced do the thing no one likes doing socially it's easy to walk an extra mile it's easy to give someone your jackets easy to give someone some money but it's hard to say socially I was wrong or to make peace with someone and say you know what I was wrong I really got to do better you're you're right I'm wrong even when you're actually right just for the sake of Peace do the thing that's harder socially it'll hurt you but in the long run it'll help you so that's the meaning of life for me fight Satan with everything within you and have fun one actually one of the one of the uh the mottos to an old job I had was uh have fun and never take yourself too seriously have fun that's why I have a goofy side I do have one but that's what the meaning of life is taking the fun and have fun but also be serious I can be serious now and then I can have a live with Nathaniel where we just be we we're a trolls the entire time hahaha that have a goofy side I almost preached someone with the thought letter being goofy or making jokes was actually the day of the devil you can be humorous but don't tell jokes and it's like and I told him the pancake baptism joke the banner made from the pulp the bill after heads I thought that was the greatest thing but don't make jokes and just like that's the meaning of life for me and it's to help people too go on and on but it is 1 10 in the morning here for everything Lord thank you for the opportunity to grow and to fail and to succeed and to try if at all or anything Lord I hope that these lives can show that when I fail I can get back up again and do it just be work tomorrow and if the people traveling to Labor Day weekend this weekend help me to go to whatever meeting you want me to go to Lord have your perfect oil Lord through it always all
