I was 20 years old I worked at the Ford dealership they had two different dealerships they're part of the same dealership right and they're about 10 miles away from each other and the loop to get from one of the other was on the I-75 and what I wanted to do is to find out how fast all the Mustangs were so I took every single V8 Mustang we had and floored it on the highway to see which one was the fastest uh I I legitimately did not realize just how fast that Mustang was gonna go and how fast it was going to get from 65 which was the speed limit up to what it went to I hit the gas real hard and it was going real fast and I looked down to the speed what the speed was and it was at uh 127. that is the fastest I've ever went I did not stay at 127. I uh I meet I got a little scared and I hit the break and got back down but that is the fastest I've ever went 127 for probably a couple seconds it was fun but it was really scary I don't like Mustangs are cool but they're really low to the ground and you don't feel super safe driving them but it was really really fast I had a customer time an older guy like an old white guy and he was driving the uh F-150 the new one with a V8 in it and oh my goodness he decided he was just gonna floor it he got up to 120 and he's like oh this thing can really go on man I'm like go to heaven right now can you slow down please this it was scary uh so you're going 139 Olivia that's that's really fast wow well glad you're still with us Olivia okay let me go to these uh go to these things um okay I he appears even my second favorite he's ever preached tonight uh my first he ever preach was called the spirit of the law and that one was really good about you know there's the law but then there's the spirit of the law and tonight which is maybe the second favorite he's ever preached that I've ever heard him preach it was called um maybe the second or third he said uh it was called offenses must come and then go so offenses must come and then go and I love that because when I'm up there it's just like you know what you're right in order for a relation any relationship to be really good offenses have got to come you gotta be offended with them at some point and then go if you're never offended with them ever you got a problem a big problem you know because like Paul was to Peter the face but I'm sure they had a great relationship afterwards in my opinion like I was like Dad wants me to talk more after he preaches he wants me to do a little a little two or three minute or whatever he says of course you could let sermon in it but what he's saying because that's the song of just Duty he says I'll post that on the probably on my page later but you know offenses have got to come the reason why I have a great relationship by God's grace with Thomas and with Josh my brothers is not because everything was always amazing it's because I offended at him it's because I wanted to kill him every now and then and they want to kill me it's offenses they gotta come that's why people people say oh if you do these laws people might disagree with you oh I hope they do great we can actually develop some real relationships here we're not in the this message to say oh we just want everybody to get along all the time just love the Lord and that's all that's necessary no disagree with people and then or offenses must come and then go so you get offended you disagree and then you work it out and then it's done and then you've built up an actual relationship offenses must come and then go like me with my customers when someone would come in after they bought a phone from me they're going to build a month later and they come to me and say David that this bill's 25 more than you said it was good what do you mean good because I can probably fix it okay you know so it's uh offenses must come and then go so I can get some people can say oh people try to hold up what you say devil for another and just change it and putting the word Christian in front of rap to make it seem good it's not right because here's the thing God Crea for instance everything that Satan has is just a perversion of what God created right what is adultery the right act perverted same with fornication the right act perverted what is sin righteousness perverted what is rap the right music perverted what is Christian music something God created what's Christian rap it's the right music perverted there was rap wasn't the original that God made it was a perversion that Satan came up with so there you go and uh it's um rap rock metal they're just exchanging one spirit for another because like Give me your eyes for just one second in Billie Jean they have the same they they uh in my opinion they produce the same kind of a Groove and same spirit because music grips our soul as soon as we listen to it it grips our soul I mean I listen to uh let's see when I um sorry I got all these different tabs when I want to get into work I listen to this because there's no words to it now if I try to listen to Christian music I'm gonna activate that part of my brain listen to the words and it's just going to mess my brain up but when I'm doing administrative stuff or stuff will work I need something with a rhythm and something that is classical you know I need that in order to get my workflow and the Rhythm that I need in order to be successful going I'll listen to that and if someone you went to the went into the Christianity was just like oh well I don't listen to Eminem anymore I just listen to Christian rap Same Spirit because Satan isn't going to be this big battle Devil he's going to be the you know the angel of Light he's not going to come across as the devil he's going to come across as something that's right I have the uh I have bought and used and owned almost every major pair of earbuds there are I got these uh 160 open shocks the 300 centers for momentum true Wireless threes uh airpods Pro 2 airpods max every single major pair of earbuds you can buy I have had because I like it it's enjoyable I'll use it returning uh exchange it uh sell it use it keep it give it away so when you listen and I'll listen to a song to try to understand why do these people like Eminem or whatever so much and I'll listen to it and the reason that they like so much is because it literally almost massages their ears it gets it Embraces like you listen to Eminem it grips your entire spirit and it gets you into a rhythm to feel a certain way that's why they love it that's why I like the rap music a lot of it you can understand what in the world they're saying same with metal or Rock You Can't and the reason why people love it is because it makes you feel a certain way that's why I compare uh charity Gale to um to uh to the evening night Tabernacle because they both make you feel a certain way because one of them is saying by you know uh a pastor in the message preaching over it sister Jessica Adams filled with the baptism of the holy ghost singing living the wrecking life brother Joe Adams is her husband and the other one is the tippet the top of the top of the top that you can get to without actually getting into what God ordained for you to be in charity girl's a great lady she's not a message believer though she's not and uh like I'll show you guys what I mean here so it's a it's a musical production all of it is when you really get into it [Music] 200 sound system it sounds amazing I'll give them that however when you listen to the same thing the same song by people who are LED of God completely in their lives not just not in denominational worlds because what we are in this message for is to be called out of denominations to be called away from denominations we're supposed to be in denomination we're supposed to be in the message of the hour and when you see the song I speak Jesus by evening light Tabernacle in the same Crescendo of the song where everything's grouped up together what is the message version of that and it is this [Music] you see the difference when God gets worshiped from here to go yeah it's worship but also they live their lives and they believe in either Trinity or Oneness they didn't believe in the baptism of the Holy Ghost like we like the way that he actually taught in his Bible and through his word and through his prophet and then sister Jessica Adams sings it with those drums and everything else do you see the difference so we got this versus this [Music] and it's really good but it's not this that's how it affects me I I am not saying that anyone to listen to Trinity gallan said is a bad person or anything else because we're not in this message and we do not get to heaven because of our own righteousness but the bottom said there's nothing I could do to Merit anything in the presence of God no amount of uh of not going to the picture shows just quit lying drinking smoking nothing I could ever do Within Myself could ever Merit anything in the presence of God if there's anything I could do to Merit anything in the presence of the Lord Jesus Christ Jesus did not have to die for me unfortunately a lot of that was Michael Jackson so I know the songs unfortunately and I have a musical brand so I remember these things so let me show you what I mean here also you want to know something about this song Give Me Your Eyes you know it's not in the whole song Jesus God lord or father anything about God whatsoever nothing is about God at all those people see it grips your spirit that's why people enjoy it like I have a 200 sound system I have a 350 watt subwoofer by Clips k-l-i-p-s-c-h they're one of the best sound quality producers there are in the on the planet because I love I'm obsessed with sound quality and it sounds amazing through the speakers because it's designed to so the way that they're making this grips your spirit in a certain way so you you you uh heart uh yeah but I wouldn't say that most of the people in the world don't sink from the heart you know like uh yes thank you like Blake Shelton he's a country singer he sings from the heart uh you know I would just you know look into it further and just see and as far as you know professionally trained voices like it isn't here let me do this here's the lady that came and came up and sang a special one time at the meeting my dad was at and she came up she's saying everything she almost she did it was just about out of tune but Dad literally saw an angel walk on the podium during the song because it was so anointed it was not at all professional and charity go would never do anything like that because everything is professional but it was um it was uh you know it was anointed so tend just listen to Christian music just depending one of the main times is when I'm studying for a sermon and I have a hard time like my brain is very analytical doctrinally and I have a hard time if somebody else comes off as certain like you do or are you able to just like have a conversation and not you know I wouldn't say I'm perfect you know uh I mean I uh I expected something crazy to happen invite them to start but like you you you got good points man I appreciate it I got on everything got rational I appreciate it I'm I'm really trying I I I'm not perfect and that you guys saw I are talking about Jordan and Kobe or Lebron whatever it's it I don't care um but when it's like something like that last basketball conversation uh yeah because uh because I was playing basketball with a guy in the message and he found me really hard and I said that was a foul and he got mad at me about it and they said we should you know probably Christians and then I said you know if I if you want me to I can play real physical like that but it's not fun for anybody and he said you go right ahead I'm bigger than you I'm stronger than you and I'm better than you in a very confrontative way and I was like oh Lord please help me because that's not the spirit we should have as message Believers playing basketball like the Bible says and whatsoever you do I asked my dad about it he said David whatsoever you do word or deed do all in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ giving thanks to God and the father by him so if we can't be led playing basketball like there's a physical part of it but we should try to uh you know be like Jesus in our Spirits no we still play basketball exactly right I know because we have you know a nice little facility we'd be playing basketball and stuff I know before I get on the court like I always like mentally in my head I'm like praying I'm just like you know help me to go into this with the right the right attitude and the right Spirit you know what I'm saying yeah let's see if someone said basketball is a contact sport and if you can't take it you shouldn't play it is not a context it's not like I told Eli cross for our life I don't for our basketball game I don't want him pushing I mean I don't want to be pushing on him I want to try to finesse him I'm not going to back him down to score I'm gonna try to get him with a crossover because I think it takes the skills yeah that's the whole point you do not touch people in basketball that's literally the point of Basketball just do not touch people you know what I'm saying pretty much yeah and if you're very if you're backing someone down there might be a little bit of contact but if you try to get the ball and you slap someone's hand real hard that's a foul exactly leave at that point you know what I'm saying yeah I know exactly what you're saying that's exactly absolutely frustrating people who don't play with the Holy Ghost and it's so it's really disappointing yeah that's why actually they banned uh basketball from Stillwater's Camp because uh of that because of the people's egos get really involved really fast oh someone asked about girlfriend's life yeah any girls that want to join live uh let's see I've got William I got Olivia information talking about basketball is not a contact sport I don't think she I don't know if she plays does she play what um I play basketball do high school it's not a contact sport yeah I played I played two uh until I was like 16 I played a lot uh but like the whole point is how skillful can you be without touching them like exactly unless you're in the 90s the 80s and you know the Jordan rules but we're not doing that anymore in the spirit I haven't played basketball with John Michael I'm almost a decade but whenever you did do you think you played like prayerfully I wasn't really that dedicated back then I wasn't no I wasn't thinking of that back then back then I was practicing a lot and I was trying to beat him and I don't know I it's so long ago I couldn't give you an interview depiction but you know right now I'd say I love the spirit he has a real he used to be real uh come office really cocky and I if he likes to make jokes and banter you know and gab with everybody but he's also uh you know I can sense right discern some Humanity from him now which is pretty cool the streets are saying that you got a messaged me and one he asked me if I was being serious about saying that I would have crushed him and I told him I was just kidding so and I knew that he was seeing a lot seeing the stories that I was doing so I talked him up some to uh set the record straight and to uh try to be the bigger man instead of saying oh I would have crushing the truth is we were tied so well that's I mean it's good to clear up you're definitely the bigger man in most of these situations and I appreciate that hey David I try to be what yeah go ahead what's up man what's your best basketball move like what's the move that always scores oh he saw he showed us that did you not see it good you want to show him the best batter would you just rather describe it uh I'd describe it so my best basketball move was shooting really long threes like I was able to shoot like even longer than NBA half court or even half court shots without having to like go like that just a regular shot uh okay I would do this thing where I drive in right take out the person and then jump up in the air and put the ball around like a gather step and then take two big giant steps and go from about a little behind the free throw line to the basket in two steps that was my big move okay it'd be like a hook shot going in um or I would you know Drive In Drive In real real hard and then step back and shoot so like a step back uh two big giant steps or really long threes those are some of the main ones so what was your training routine for that uh I would actually get garbage bins and put them on the court in our yard we had a yard we have a yard with basketball hoop it fell in uh March of 2020 unfortunately but I uh I put basket put dumpsters in the uh in the driveway and got around them and did this thing for that or the practice for it what I mostly did was free throws though I love taking preachers why didn't you go to the league I was homes gold and our system wasn't an uh accredited systems they wouldn't let me join I mean unfortunately by God's grace you could have been one of the best NBA players with that dedication you know what I'm saying of course you weren't there I could have tried I appreciate that I don't know if I would have made it I certainly think I could have tried and my when I was at my Peak I was making eight or nine out of 10 free throws consistently that's wild no that that's I mean LeBron I'm going to make 40 in a row or 50. are you a LeBron guy no I'm a Jordan guy uh Lebron I'm I'm I guess LeBron mostly because of his spirit and his attitude honestly uh and yeah pretty much that like as a player he's he's phenomenal but my thing is I like more along the lines of I'm gonna score and you're not gonna stop me not Jordan did you watch that uh Michael Jordan documentary I watched it so that that that changed my mind even more you know Michael Jordan was very arrogant and like the difference was when they asked LeBron James who's the greatest of all time he said oh that wasn't right there maybe the greatest of both of them they said that several times and Jordan is like that's not fair we've got different eras you guys are the greatest team of all time but you know there's different arrows it's just not fair to say that also LeBron said some stuff uh against police officers on Twitter and then remove the posts and then people got killed in the uh in the um in the aftermath of this he's got some really dumb political stuff but I mean outside of that just as purely as a player here's my thing here's what this is a way that I look at it I got this one all right so LeBron James will shoot the last shot to save the world 80 percent of the time Michael Jordan and Kobe Bryant will shoot the last shot to save the world they don't care if buy people in the entire bench or guarding them they're shooting the last shot a hundred percent of the time and the main example I have for this is for one we did when LeBron did with the Warriors if you were with against the Grizzlies yeah the guy hit the shot but he put the game-winning thing they make the playoffs in the hands of someone else which is him and also game one against the Warriors I think it was 2017 of the finals you know 12 seconds left on the clock he has uh what's his name uh Stephen Curry guarding him maybe the biggest mismatch on the entire court and he passes to some random role player for a lip and they miss because they're not LeBron James Michael Jordan if he had someone that was what is that like six inches shorter than him hold on go outside you're saying Justice for yourself can we unban Seth he's honest it's like band he's on his uh his um is golly what is it called uh his spam account can you unban his name uh I don't know how I can do that on the lines here let me see maybe if you can't do it then maybe afterwards but I I think Seth honestly like you say you know you want these lives to be a blessing and they really are but Seth is like awesome in the comments you know you uh idea what's up the Holy Ghost and are you seeking the leading of the Lord because I do realize that it can be really hard like I'll just say this it can be really hard for like I saw an albino black guy at Camp one time what in the world is he supposed to do you know this is what you know or like it can be hard to these guys like an Indian girl comes and there's no Indian guys at all in the have yourself set up financial and then once you have that then grab a container of icebreakers walk up to the group and say hey want an icebreaker they're really good at breaking the ice I'm gonna use that at twt tomorrow I might feel like I'm a white girl I would never know if you if you uh my point is like if you smell bad she won't like you and if you uh I don't like you and also the if you don't have the best of the Holy Ghost you shouldn't be trying to find a significant other yet and if you're out of if you're not if you're not out of debt and you don't have a good Financial Financial setup then don't be trying you know and I'm always saying that because I've used that in the past and it has worked it's worked yes it worked okay seven years ago I'm gonna ask the girls in the comedy opinion that what matters more is having a life consecrated to God and of course you've got us you you gotta have like a uh conversational thread so for instance if you ask a girl or you asking me or whatever where am I from and I tell you I'm from Madisonville Tennessee in between Knoxville and Chattanooga about two and a half hours from Nashville my favorite restaurant actually is in Nashville it's called BJ's and uh we have a bunch of restaurants somewhere I live um it's you know one's called Legends lower P3 is my favorite and then uh you know I say like my dad's a pastor what I just did is I gave you conversational threads you can talk about Knoxville Chattanooga Nashville BJ's food uh pizza or my dad's my pastor whatever now if I just say it Madisonville Tennessee that's not a conversational threat so if you know if it says yeah I'm from this place I have my own horse stuff like that what does she really want to talk about the horse pick up on conversational threats our conversation will threaten a lot of people sometimes it's on accident though but I mean I think you telling me this it's gonna help me like identify it so I can be better next time it's right on top of twt because what if I find somebody and I gotta use the Icebreaker you know what I'm saying uh well here's the thing girls aren't idiots they know when someone's trying and I think if you come across as sincere and and uh Godly and you genuinely are curious about them and not just saying hey I think this girl's attractive I'm gonna try to get trying to date her but rather saying hey this girl shows character and yes she is attractive but I want to learn about her and see if maybe we're a good fit because I think that's a better approach maybe exactly all right man I'm Gonna Let You Go
